That may have changed given the change to the rules allowing same power levels to succeed with actions against each other.

I generally try not to assume that when PS says one thing, he also means another thing which he left unsaid. It's usually wrong.

The premise of the game is only Sidhe can hurt Sidhe and only humans can hurt humans, and changelings can hurt both - change in how power levels affect each other shouldn't affect this rule.

I think Pallid might be lynch able.

Fair enough. So what are we thinking, those changelings are the gang members?

I suppose there is no reason now to hold back on the culture hunt if there is actually a chance of off one of the leaders, but I am still hesitant to do so at the behest of the other queen.

If Pallid dies does winter win or what happens?

So some unaligned, independent changeling has a 2 kill NA? Isn't that kind of overpowered? And unlikely? Given the premise of the game that Changelings will try to align with the Faerie courts? Also this means that Winter and changelings collaborating in the Mockra kill was a pure coincidence.

Alternatively, we saw two separate NAs comings off, with one being a changeling aligning with Winter and pulling of something like a camouflage kill.

I'd be willing to attempt a lynch on Pallid. Summer has lost 3 members, they're more likely to be lynchable than Korbas at the moment.

There are 3 races in this game. Human, Changeling, and Sidhe. Humans do not have the power to hurt the Sidhe, and Sidhe are constrained from hurting humans. Changelings qualify as both, and are able to hurt both.

Scratch that, can't be humans that killed Silanah or Mockra given the above. Either Changeling(s) or other Sidhe.

Couldn't Silanah and Mockra have been Changelings?

I'm wary if lynching Pallid will give a corresponding power boost to Korbas somehow. But I suppose we have to try sometime.

Just putting a list of all the deaths together, so it's easier than dredging through 20 pages of posts to find the 8-9 PS posts...

Mockra - Summer (NK)
Silanah - Winter (NK)
Tellan - Summer (Lynch)
Ultama - Kincaid - Independent (Modkill)
Ampelas - Winter (NK)
Korlat - Independent (Lynch)
Rikkter - Human (Lynch)
Alkend - Summer (Modkill)

So that's 3 summer down, 2 winter, 1 human and 2 independents.

And I reckon Alkend might have been a shield, because they must have been aligned to Summer from the beginning of the game.

Well, considering:

Mockra's hands light up with sunlight and head, I'd say they were a Summer Sidhe.
Silanah created walls of Ice, I'd say they were Winter Sidhe.

I suppose they could have been changelings who had declared for either Summer or Winter, but either way, I'd say they're aligned.

They could, however, have been killed by a Changeling.

That was my thought, and the fact that Tellan exploded into flowers and stuff rather than just dying makes me think he was probably a full Sidhe rather than a changeling.

Well obviously they were aligned. But I don't see why they couldn't have been changelings. I thought that PS' posts was pretty blatant that they were killed by thugs, not the supernatural (even if in one of the deaths there seems to have been some involvement from Winter).

Hmm, that's a good spot.

Well, in the books, when a changeling declares for one of the courts, they become fully Sidhe, not still part human and part Sidhe.

I am fine for trying a Pallid lynch today.
