Does anyone know how the two came to be in each others company? Or employment should I say?

It's told in one of the books but can't remember which one. Tehol's telling the story of their first meeting to someone, but I can't remember whom it was either :The Force:

Tehol saw Bugg when he was dressing up bodies before they were buried and "Immediately noticed his lack of talent" so he hired Bugg.
