I'm watching it right now ;) :)

It was out on Disney's site this morning, I guess, so I was able to get a webrip.

EDIT: Not really a spoiler as I'm only 5 minutes in — damn, Ezra got dark.

I thought that was a GREAT episode. Ezra's growth was well done, including his new sabre and skills.

Also, anyone else note that the creature that leads Kanan to the Bendu (and perches on his horns) is an owl-type creature....Who!....while the character was voiced by the 4th Doctor Tom Baker? That cannot be a coincidence. A nice nod to Doctor Who there.

Oh, and I kind of like the path that the Bendu is leading Kanan on...the balance path that Ahsoka was seemingly walking. Not Jedi or Sith.

Anyways, loved it. Lots of action, intrigue and solid character development.

Oh, and the minor mentions like sending the Y-wings to General Dodonna was a nice touch.

S03E02 was a really good episode, though the first half was pretty boring. The ending of it more than made up for that though.

And I'm a bit into S03E03 and I just need to say: WEDGE!!!! That was unexpected! Do we think Sabine is going to join Rogue Squadron?

Hot damn I loved the last Ep! I know right where one arc is heading I do believe.

Is it:

Maul: He lives.

AKA Obi-Wan?

Cause that's what I got from it.

That's what I got too. Ezra also mentioned seeing twin suns.

I want them to duel and for Obi-Wan to finally end Maul....and for him to say "Now, stay dead"....and as he walks away "That was for Qui-Gon."

Ed yeah QT. He lives. Def has to do with Obi. He's going for it for sure.

Wasn't a huge fan of Thrawns little bit of emotion to his subornate. EU Thrawn is always chill even when he is being viscious but EU is no more so I just gotta role with it.

On Rex epi...I can totally see why they worked this ep in for die hard CW fans but since I'm not one I was mostly bored 5 mins in. I could have easily done without this one but I'm sure it made a lot of fans really stupidly happy lol

Haven't watched the ep from two weeks back yet (going to wait till this Saturday's ep drops and watch both)...but I will say that the new AHSOKA book that just came out, which I'm reading, gives me all the warm fuzzes about Rex & Ahsoka...spoilers in case you want to read it at some point yourself...

Were you not like "ah come on man" at Thrawn? I gasped a bit at that heresy.

Nah, I kind of like that he's a little different from his old Legends persona.

I finally got a chance to watch the Rex episode which I LOVED...but as you said BK, as a fan of TCW, this was cherry pie to me. Also, Ezra's comments about Clone Wars era stuff he didn't know about was hilarious "Who's Roger?" LMAO!

And the most recent ep about the Imperial Supercommandos was great too! Have we sorted out yet who Sabine's mother is, after the comments by Gar Saxon in this ep, I'm thinking it leans HEAVILY towards being Bo Katan. Loved the extra development with Fenn Rau. And the escape through the canyon on Concord Dawn was a fun action sequence for sure!

I loved the Rex ep. Great linking the two shows, and having the droid army as run-down units that hardly anyone recognises was clever.

Just seeing that derelict Republic ship bridge was a flashback to CWs. Weird that Ezra thought they looked incabable of being a threat though, when SW has always had that reverse tech tree - the stuff in the past was way more advanced than in the 'worn out' universe of the original trilogy.

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Yep there was some heavy hints in S2 it's Bo Katan. I figured fans of CW would lose their minds on Rex ep.

I liked this ep a lot many people seem to have problems liking Sabine but she has been my fav next to Ezra from the beginning. Hoping Kevin McKidd can get a bigger role and not be iced after this ep.

On Rebels Recon they said they would not be wasting having Fenn Rau on the side of the rebellion. So I expect he'll be a big presence going forward.

Slightly NSFW though. But yes, let's have more Kevin McKidd, that can only be a good thing!

Thrawn seemed too murderous in this episode. I don't remember if he did anything this cold and vicious in the books. Anyone remember? BK?

This makes me so happy. Although I'm kind of hoping but expecting that at the end of Rogue One/Rebels a contingent will head off to Alderaan.

Saw a Princess Leia Rogue One toy in a store yesterday. Might not mean anything but could be a hint.

Over the last few days Edwards was SUPER-mum on whether the ending of RO would tie so much into ANH that we'd see Leia.....I have a STRONG suspicion we will. So that's now a Han cameo (The new kid playing him), Leia, and the Ghost. Cool beans! I'd have to assume Artoo as well.

I'd love a nod to Rebels in the script somewhere.

I'm fully expecting Chopper to show up and massacre a squad of Stormtroopers during the final battle in RO.

If Chopper shows up in ANY live action movie, I'm going to be insanely happy.
