@Dolmen. Yeah, that could be fun. I've already done my warren comp piece, so I've got nothing else on.
Maybe see what characters have already been done and go from there.
I've been working on Fiddler's squad lately. Got Cuttle on Bottle on the go at the moment as well as another of The Watch.

@Llama - Yep, will get around to uploading them. The ones that I think are good enough anyway.
More creatures would be good. Other than the K'chain, the demons and such don't get a huge amount of love from us.

Maybe post something in the DA group as well.

There are some great creatures that would be worthy of attention. What about the Quorl? Has anyone done them? There is quite a bit of description for them on the Wikia.

IGrimm did a Quorl, waaay back when.

Corp i know you have that warren comp going on but maybe we could make the wikia the forums holiday season project?

IT'd be great to have a portrait of every character in the description.

Great Suggestion, Dolmen.

I have edited the two images which you uploaded into the relevant pages. I assume Shadaan is your alter ego on deviantart so have used that name as source info.

Yes it is and thank you :unworthy:

That's a scary image! I always thought of them as being more dragon like... in an insect type way... makes me wonder if SE has a picture in his head for exactly how they should look like. Has he ever commented on fan art with regards to how close (or not) to his imagination people get?

Not that I've ever noticed...

Finished uploading all my old stuff onto the wiki.
Rejoice. For very bad things are about to happen

I have been looking in all afternoon, catching up with the uploads as they appeared. Absolutely amazing! Some of the depictions are quite different from how I imagine the character but even so, I love them as drawings/paintings. My favourites are the scenes like the Itko Kan Massacre or the Night of Knives depictions.

Thank you CN for uploading these images. I am green with envy at the talent displayed!

OK, Wikia preferences changed... no more being woken up at 5am by Egwene editing stuff.
No Touchy.

Not sure if this is the right place to mention this, but here goes. First off, fantastic work, a massive thank you to all the contributors. The Wikia is very impressive and has helped me loads throughout the years as a reference tool while reading the books. That said, I did notice that there seems to be a slight inconsistency in the layout. For instance, sometimes you get book references first and then general character history (e.g. anomander Rake, Silchas Ruin), whereas on other pages you get character history first and then individual book references (e.g. Kallor). Is this deliberate or simply an unfortunate discrepancy due to different people editing different sections? Of course it is not really a big issue, just silly nitpicking from a lazy abuser of other people's great efforts (i.e. me).

Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

Är. Wrong fandom, wrong wiki. :unworthy:
Still, contributing something might help me crush some of the artist's block. Can't promise colored work with my pace slower than glacial drift, though...

Valid points, Gorefest. Basically, lots of different people contributing and also the format still evolving. We are trying to bring a bit more uniformity to how info is presented but with thousands of pages it will take time. Mostly info should be displayed in book order with only a basic character description as intro so that it makes it possible for those who have not read all the books to avoid spoilers as much as possible.

I am trying to add more referencing and as I do so, I change layouts when I come across obvious inconsistencies.

PS @ Gorefest: I am going to start a thread on the Wikia board to discuss some of the layout questions. Pop over and add your observations if you get a chance. (I took the liberty of quoting you!)

Kay, I might do one featuring Ublala, Shurq, and a sporadic Voyeur Chicken. No idea about the schedule.

I have added a category to all the uploaded images and linked the category to the homepage. If you are signed in on the Wikia, the link 'Browse Images' should be in the Navigation box on the left.

Pretty impressive collection!!!!!

Corporal Nobbs, what is the copyright situation with those official pics which you uploaded? Are they in the public domain? If not than maybe we should remove them? Would hate to get into trouble with the artist over publicizing his work.

Well, that's an interesting interpretation of the character...

Yeah, I thought so, too, Whisperzzzzzzz. It made me realise that I always think of the Emperor in 'Ammanas mode' rather than as he might have been at the beginning of the Empire.
