A friend recently introduced me to diplomacy. And since it can be played nicely online here, I wondered if anyone would be interessted in a game with fellow malazanites.

That is a game that has enjoyed various levels of play I couldn't find any of the new games although I know that there are some but here is a link to an old game.

Ah, I checked only the first couple of pages and also managed to overlook the last sign up, which seems to have gone nowhere. So the question of current interest still stands.

Goatkiller666 and bonecaster has been trying to get players together for probably over a year for a game of diplomacy.PM them to fill out the list and count me in as well. If you need someone to mod I'd be willing. I believe that I have JDip on my flashdrive still.

As it looks like we are still short a player even with Goat and Bone. I'd suggest Morgoth but he is getting married soon or Sir Thursday as he has played in past games.

Oh and I think I still have the Adjudicator password for a mod account to submit orders to.

There is something wrong with my jdip sofrware. I can't seem to get it to open a new game. Is there anyone else able to mod?

I posted because Goat told me a game was afoot. So where is the bum? If he's in, I'll step out, and just mod. I take care of the 1-on-1 games he and I have been playing, but I would be happy getting my feet wet modding a 7-player game without being one of the players.

Is the Adjudicator account a shared Diplomacy account that I should be using? If I don't play, it wouldn't be necessary, but I don't want to buck tradition.

I can give you access to the adjudicator account if need be, it's mainly for when a player is also modding, but feel free to use it.

Whoever decides to mod, pm me a password for the adjudicator account and I'll change it.

It's the game mod account we've been using for Diplomacy games but if you are just a mod and not a player as well then there isn't a real need for a separate account to submit orders to.

Finally got my JDip back up and running. As I have my first job offer and I'm expecting a second one tomorrow I'm just fine with letting Bonecaster mod the game. But if no one has any objections I'm going to go ahead and do a randomizer for who gets which country. I'm going to use the signup list order and use that list and randomize it. Then I'll take the country list in alphabetic order and randomize that and then match up the first selection for both lists on down. If that isn't okay with everyone then feel free to have the mod rerandomize it at a later date.
