It's a Marmite question as SE himself has acknowledged. Amongst those who, incredibly, do not like the Malazan series, reoccurring complaints are the number of characters and the amount of races, locations, gods, places etc. etc. etc.......

A comprehensive wiki may just help some of those misguided readers finding their way to the end of the series. There was a beginning a long time ago and now, new things are happening in the world of wiki. The contents of the old pbWiki here is being integrated into the Malazan Wikia For the discussion on that check out this forum thread

This is a great opportunity for more people to get involved. If like me you aren't that familiar with all the editing tools, don't worry, there are lots of help pages and you can always ask other users for help.
