I've been wondering about Fisher for a while after reading TTH, it got me wondering, other than having a certain level of immortality, what other powers does he have? What is he exactly, just a bard who knows everything and anything there is to know about the empires and what's in them? Who is Fisher Kel Tath?

Fisher is the fisher who sits at the surface and pulls up random catches and treasures from the dark depths, while Duiker is the diver who plunges headlong into those depths and tries to explore and explain them.

I am going to write something from Orb, Scepter, Throne in this spoiler box:

He's displayed superhuman strength and speed. So he's probably at least ascendant-buff. You also see him at one point writing "epic poetry" in a criticial moment, which suggests that his writings may have an actual physical/potential effect upon reality all though there is no indication of what effect his writing had.

I doubt it is as extreme as "what he writes comes to pass" but he may be able to push Things.

Alright, so you reckon he has "Errant like" abilities, though maybe less defined? I guess i'll have to read Orb to get the bigger picture?
