Perhaps Denul can answer this question for me so that I don't have to bother the mods - when it says use 1 health die for Stitches, does it mean 1 pip on a health die, or a whole Health die (as in, it's gone forever)?

seems far too wasteful to spend an entire die--esp on Day 1. I reckon it musta've been a single pip

I said I will be resolving the first set of day actions at the Rien ne Va Plus Mark to all those who submitted so far.
I have to get back on that and resolve at the end of the phase, instead.

The reason?
Simple - after a quick review of roles, I realized us mods will get fucked with guards, heals and other prevention stuff. Further, I can do without a second deadline mid-day. So all submitted actions will resolve at the END of each phase.

I kindly ask you to group your orders to me by the phase, in a seperate thread (call it orders), and to not edit your already submitted PMs. Instead, make a new one, please.

For those who missed it: you don't pay costs with a part of a Spades/Hearts/Diamonds/Clubs/Cheat/Luck/Dodge/Aim/Speed/Attunement die, but with a full die instead.

Bullets (but not on attacks), Sanity, Gold Dust and Pixie Powder go by the pip.

Using the stiches Cantrip right out of the gate. That uses a 1 health die that you lose to reset another die. Wondering what you are doing here and what could be worth sacrificing a health die for?

Which is more intimidating, someone who has the potential to vote 3 times and remove twice on thread/openly conduct other matters (creating items/summoning/hexing/whatever else) or someone who on the very first day is sacrificing Health to reset a (presumably big) die? A [5] speaks of confidence in their game plan and their ability to carry it out*. a [3/4] is a middle ground, not giving too much away and a [1/2] someone who is playing their cards close to their chest. I was suprised to see a 5 but not massively so - there are roles that have the potential to have the [5] as either their full load or to have multiple [5]'s. Sacrificing Health speaks of someone who is a bit of a glass cannon.

*Or, a very low Attunement score...

This game is going to be action heavy. If you aren't doing something each day then you aren't playing the game or your role properly. Denul is the only one to actively advertise they are doing something.
