Damned if I know. I don't think I know what you're talking about. From Okaros? What?
Ok I guess.

She made a post in the Eclipse thread with the Okaros alt.
She deleted that post, but re-posted the content as D'rek. But she put at the top of the post "from Okaros", which I interpreted to mean as 'originally posted as Okaros'. I used PS to edit that out.
Rules are rules and D'rek follows them religiously. I thought that, in this case, the honorable thing was the silly thing. So I made it go away.
On a side note, am I really that hard to follow? I've noticed that others (lots and lots of others) seem to not follow my trains of thought. I'm starting to realize that my leaps aren't nearly as clear as I think they are.

so, I'ma assume that this would mean that Alkend isn't on the Uesugi frontier. Interesting.

It's frustrating that people haven't been voting. I know I haven't been around a lot, but it's really not that hard to put a vote down before you leave.

First, yes you do sometimes make leaps which need more explaining for us intellectually lower mortals

Second, and I'm struggling to type this without laughing, I'm guessing that D'rek wrote 'from Orokos', not 'from Okaros'. As in, the online role-playing dice games helper Orokos where she gets her dice rolls for Eclipse from.
Now that is hilarious

Oh shit. Yes it did say that. I took that as a frustration mis-spelling. Which means that my edit probably alted her FOR everyone.

I am at a loss. Poor D'rek. She's probably trying to put her head back together.

I doubt she's even realised you changed anything. It's no biggie. I'm sure none of it will have any impact on anything in this game.
BTW Shin, your game requires a mafia number in the title - otherwise how will we ever know where it fitted into the overall scheme of our mafia playing history?

Gawd I hope you're right. If I touched it again it would simply draw attention to it. So I hope that post just gets buried.

Shin, I won't be a bit surprised at an Alkend pile-on. In case you want to get a scene ready.
G'night.

It looks like Alkend is gonna bite it, barring a derail or something else drastic.
Scum will lose their communication ability and their backup killer, which is huge.
The silver linings for scum such as they are:
Mockra is on the train early which should buy him some security.
Town will be high on themselves until a double NK happens.
Korbas is going to take shit for looking like a symp deflecting, so town might think they've got a symp, too.

Scene in case of Alkend's lynch:
The attack came without warning. A sudden pounding of hooves and the cavalry was upon them, sweeping past the guards manning the pickets and descending into the encampment.
It was a gross oversight on the part of the Fujiwari. So confident they were on their stratagm to strike at the castles, they failed to consider who might take notice beyond the Miura and Uesugi. Being a young clan, newly happened on to larger territories with the responsibility for organization they lacked the more subtle cunning and communication capabilities of the more established warlords.
The last thing General Omori Fujisada saw was a diamond quartered banner before the spear took him in the throat. The wound was mortal, but it left him enough time to think before death came, "Takeda? Here? Aaah...from the West. So careless..."
Alkend (Lisheo) is dead. He was General Omori Fujisada of the Fujiwari.
And before anyone freaks out at the added complexity, there are no actual Takeda in this game outside of this scene.

And now Rashan is painting a bullseye on himself by appearing to defend Alkend. Town could get a successful lynch and fuck themselves at the same time. Aint mafia great?

That's good, because I will be going to bed pretty soon here. I'll do one last time count with a "signing off" message on thread, so you'll know I'm gone.
We have one NA submitted (see the NA post) and I made an Alkend lynch scene (above), if that's indeed what happens.

Hmmm, honestly, was my play actually that bad, or am I just unlucky today?
I've been playing pretty much like I would as a RI, as I have nothing to go on for the first day other than "Don't die" and as there's literally no way to tell who is a killer or not on Day One.
Which, I guess, I managed. I didn't die.
Yet.
Still, though, I don't think I played that scummy.

Well, Azathmaster changed his kill order again. At least he has the right castle, but he needs to start sticking with his first choice.

Saw that.
I assume that if Alkend survives the lynch that that is insufficient clarity to actually stop a message? Looks like hyperbole to me.
