Who picked up Gronkowski? He is projected some big points this week.

Hoopers Troopers (Slow Ben I think) has him. I'd be surprised if he plays this week, however.

Are the projections not an indication on how a player should perform? Is he not 100% fit?

Depends. No one knows if he is going to play this week. He will be a game time decision if he is not ruled out before then. The Patriots are known for not being forthcoming about players status. All the status updates I see of him for week three range from 50/50 chance to play to 'most likely sitting'.

Nah. Pats are an early Sunday game, and I assume SB has another TE. They have to announce inactives half an hour before kickoff, so if SB is paying attention he can switch it over. Even if Gronk does play, there is no indication he is anywhere near 100%, or that they would send him out to catch passes with that hurt forearm of his, especially if they go up early against the Buccs, who are having quite a few problems of their own.

Your team overperformed and mine underperformed. Just like happens to people every week.

I'm confused about this waiver thing. I thought I was second on the waiver wire, but someone else appears to have gotten James Starks ahead of me and it wasn't Shin.

I do not know KL, Slow Ben may be able to help you out.

I could beat 5 out of 11 teams this week projections wise. Zoomzoomzoom is going to skin me alive.

I don't know, there's no way I can look up all the attempted waiver claims and see what happened. When you put in the claim did it say "waiver pending" on your team page?
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

I'm surpirsed I got him as well. I was number 10 on the wavier wire and I'm still number 10. It probably has something to do with the fact that Starks was my #1 priority for my waiver picks with Stevie Johnson and Eddie Royal as my #2 & #3.

I don't know how it's calculated when you have multiple targets for pick ups each week and multiple people trying to pick up the same players.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

You're still 10 because you had the first claim, went to 12, then HD and Tapper had claims so you dropped back 2 spots to 10.

:)

He's a fucking running back and we might have a top 10 pick! It's the line that's the problem not the quality of ball carriers!
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Doesn't seem like a good trade here. He isn't far removed from being a top pick 2 (?) years ago, though I guess the Browns could be trying to rebuild again.

Grabbed McGahee in my other league, but wasn't able to beat Vengy in this one. He is too quick.

Yeah, definitely a smart move, even if you are just denying him to others. I don't know anything about Rainey, so I figure when McGahee passes his physical he'll end up on top.

The only other one who might benefit will be the full back O something. But his up side is small if mcgahee is signed.
