Correct me if I'm wrong but, "The Dying God", is some of the remnants of Bellurdan soul after the Silverfox creation? I liked the whole Dying God plot as well, at first I thought it was a Crippled God off shoot, but it shows in this world there isn't just one face of evil.I just finished TTH so if there are spoilers, no need to post them Ill read and find them.
Thanks.

Pretty much. At least one significant sliver of that TTT soul, a pretty angry, despairing one obviously, who's stolen a trick or two from his old pal Hairlock.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

There was also some absorption of the other "things" inside the Abyss, but yes, it was mostly Bellurdan being extremely creepy and domineering after the Silverfox thing.
When Icarium's machine went tearing through the Abyss, the Dying God hitched a ride and fell off somewhere else.

I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.
