This is the first pairing to take place of the second tier, which means the first contest between winners of the first tier of pairings.

From Mal's pairing between Mok vs. Kallor and

The tier one pairing of Brys vs. Yedan Derryg.

Although both fights were close, we had Mok defeating Kallor, and Brys defeating Yedan.

This now sets Brys Beddict against Mok. Both are written as unsurpassed swordsmen.

Just how close will this one be, and who, if either, will come out the victor and move above the others in the tiered ranking.

Ok guys. Leave your snide remarks at home. Remember what it was like to have an imagination, and humor us. Choose a victor please. State as many facts about each character and their battle prowess as possible using events from the book. Make a case for who is better. Someone write the battle if you're feeling bored, and qualified to do so.

Mok's a beast. His supreme Seguleh swordsmanship and lightning fast reflexes would overpower Brys who, albeit a master of the blade himself, I don't see doing much here apart from being able to hold his guard for a while which is an achievement in itself. I mean, lets face it... it's mister one man army that slices up undead dinosaurs and 300 000 year old ascendants we're talking about here.

With all due respect to the holder of names of the forgotten gods and King of High House Life, the 3rd should win this one by default.

Mok, with ease - all things being equal two swords are better than one, and nothing is remotely equal here.

Mok, The 3rd ranking swords man in a society of master swordsmen, also im sure it mentioned he was sent on the mission to the Pannion Domain as the 2nd was nervous of his skill and wanted him gone
