So, just to clarify, pants = awful?

Summoning visual cue to help memory:

That's a British-ism, I presume. We used to use UK-developed QA software at work. Lots of whilsts and shan'ts and other words that make you hungry for tea and crumpets...

Pants refers to underpants, not "trousers", in the lands of the godforsaken. Their overriding fear of "private parts" had an unfortunate domineering effect on the development of their slangs and vernaculars.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

I don't know if I can associate British underpants with "awful." It makes me think of Mr. Bean changing into his swimming trunks, and that is pure joy.

Keep in mind though that the British use, without compunction, any "pants" they are currently wearing as adult diapers. Night, day, public, private, at work, at play, young, old, and in-between. It's just their culture.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Non-GW (because they a re being baggah-douches about the term Space Marine)Dwarf themed novels.

Although, at this point I started reading SciFi instead of fantasy (please no GW-Squat themed stories).
