The Chaos Sorceror is a Faceless Man. I have so far been alive all game, and yet there has been no suggestion of a FM at all in this game. Not one person complaining that their alt has been stolen, not one player whose style has noticeably changed. In addition, there are a whole bunch of low posters in this game, which are perfect FM fodder. If I was a FM do you think I would be hanging around in this alt being prodded as a low poster?

The italicised bit above is also important. It is much more suited to an independent role than a scum, and there have been suggestions that the FM role itself would be better suited to an independent player, sore specifically the serial killer. But PC has decided I am a Meyern. It doesn't fit.

I think this is the point where we can't trust PC anymore. I'm seriously questioning why he is still alive. I suspect it is because he has been recruited.

Not only has there been much suggestion about it (see why Eloth was lynched like day 1- FM/SK speculation), but we even saw it happen (Rhyll jumping to a new recruited alt upon successful lynch). Of course, Trake wouldn't be expected to know these things...

There has been a lot of talk about an FM being in the game. Is there actually any evidence from the game thread and the players themselves that there is a FM active at the moment?

I've never heard of a FM being tailored to only hit someone of a certain faction. Admittedly, I haven't played as many games as some of the other players, but in the games I've played the FM tends to be an independent role. There is nothing in this role PM to suggest that the FM can only hit certain people.

I didn't mean speculation about the role being included in the game. I meant that actual evidence of there being an active FM hasn't surfaced. We have generally been able to connect the people lynched or killed to their previous alt.

I hadn't really considered Amon to be a FM, although it's true that his ability to jump is like an FM's.
