I didn't say I found a role. I found your faction. You'll see whenever I die that my ability gives me the person's team, not their role details or alt name. Just the faction. And you, my dear are a serial killer.
This is veeeeeeery interesting. As is always the case with finder reveals, lynch the accused. If Desra's not the SK, then we lynch Monok. Pretty simple plan, actually.

Oops, guess I forgot to paste the info:
Eldar Harlequin (Karatallid)
You are one of the harlequins sent by the Eldest to secure the acess to the Webway. to do so, you must last long enough to awaken the vengeful spirit of Khaine to wipe out all interlopers.
you and your partner Sukul Ankhadu are Jesters. You can talk off-thread at any time, make sure to cc your convo to Path-shaper for spoilerific goodness.
your job is to either
a) make sure one of you is in the last 5 people alive
or
b )to get both of yourselves lynched.
should you sucessfully pull that off, you will then be able to choose 5 player names, and one of them will become the avatar of Khaine, to rain death upon all your enemies.
to help you in this, you are able to perform one kill, either during the day, or night.
between the two of you, you also have 1 Bullet Proof against a night kill.

I was only really obligated to give the Meng Huo announcement at the start of the game.
And the Tax Collector is a right horrible bum with no sense of style, taste or financial acuity, so I don't really care whether he gets his due or not.

The man entered the hotel from the emergency stairs, then through the airvents. It was an excruciating task to do silently with the long bundle on his back, but he managed. He lowered himself into where he had surmised room 214 would be. A nice, spacious suite. He sat down on the bed, screwed the silencer onto the Browning, and waited, gun in his lap.
Finally, just after dawn, the door opened. He aimed, fired, and missed. The longhaired man rolled, then somersaulted, somehow whipping out his own gun and firing twice, missing narrowly. He flinched, and by the time he aimed the Browning again, the longhaired man had jumped through the window, dropping two floors and landing like a cat, then sprinting to the nearest cab.
Time for plan B. He walked to the window, picked up the Dragunov rifle from the package, and fired. The first shot hit the man in the leg, throwing him to the ground. That gave him time to aim, and the, the second shot was more precise. The bullet slammed through the long hair, shattering a face that was once great looking, and now a mess of bone, skin and shattered teeth.
Back to the airduct, then...
Monok Ochem is dead. He was Forest St. John - 009.
In the temples of Rome, insence is burned. A year of newly born lambs is offered to the gods to thank them for saving the Republic. Statues are raised of Cicero, hero of the Republic in its darkest hour. Rome's legions are now commanded by less brilliant men, but at the least, they are dependable.
Rome is blessed by the Gods. Of course, adultery still continues. Gold still exchanges hands for services rendered. Veterans still have violent outbursts and lead their own gangs of hirelings. Respected patricians still exert their influence and silence others. But that is all as it always has been. Decadence, splendour, and the legions marching ever further away from Rome.
Only here and there, poets mention the names of the fallen who fought for what they thought was theirs. And somewhere, a retired town crier sits down and tries to imagine what awaits the souls of the grand men of this brutal game of politics...
Ay Estos is dead. He as scum and a Praetor.

Also, someone mentioned that we are only focusing on a select few people, forgetting about all the rest of the possible suspects. I suspect this is because keeping track of everyone is damn hard. So here is what I have so far as to who is who. I am currently, in this post, tracking the four character traits (role, role type, faction, player) and tracking who claims to have roles or not. Please feel free to quote this, modify it, and use it to bring this game to a level where the coasters aren't allowed to be forgotten.

The afterlife is,by all accounts, a rather boring place. Pluto does nothing with the souls that enter it, unless one has committed atrocities.
Six spirits have gathered near the entrance of the Underworld, watching the land of the living.
"So much bloodshed, and no reward for ambition," the soul of Marcus Anthonius said. "Blood, if spilled, should be to further change and growth and might, not to enable the status quo."
"There is unity in Rome now, it is remade in my vision," argued dead Cicero.
"Your vision? Acidic saliva, tongue as a sword, words like a siege engine? Three quarters of the deaths are due to you, you silly old man!" It seems Octavian, while dead, acts his age.
"Silence boy," Brutus growled. "At the least, the Republic exists still, but it lacks passion and defenders and its most noble souls have destroyed each other. I knew I was doomed, though."
"I told all of you, we shouldn't have focused so much on the Julii. But you lot wouldn't hear reason." Casca seems a tad bit miserable. "If only Longinus had lived…"
"Aye," Brutus answers. "Our very own tiger, a predator."
Longinus says nothing. He seems mute. Has seemed that for a long time, actually.
"Well, look at us," Casca sighs. "At the least, we made history."
The paper is crumpled up, the pen thrown aside. This… mockery will not do. Besides, there are more important things to do. Like consoling the young wife of a well known senator….
Skintick is dead. He was Casca

The festival had been a bad one. Thyrllan moved past the hanging bodies and burning buildings and flamed out motored vehicles, only to see... stilt men carrying severed head which they threw to the waiting crowds, who kicked and tossed them... a man disemboweled, his intestines streaming out into the gutter as his attackers continued to hack him apart and he clutched at their legs... a woman assaulted against a brick wall by ten men who held her down as they cut and raped her... fountains full of floating, bloated bodies, the waters turned red-black with blood... glimpses of the bonfires, bodies stacked for burning in the dozens... a man and a woman decapitated, still caught in an embrace on their knees in the murk of the rising mist... the unearthly screams, the taste of blood rising in the air, the smell of fire and burning flesh... and female riders on wooden horses, riding over the bodies of the dead, eyes turned inwards so that they might not see the horrors of the night.
Further on, the street is empty except for a little girl listening to a tattered old phonograph playing a Voss Bernder tune
In the deep of winter
Snatches of song
Through the branches
Brittle as bone
You'll not see my face
But there I'll be,
Frost in my hair,
My hunger hollowing me
As Thyrllan get closer, he sees her teeth as she smiles at him, mouth opening impossibly wide. They are sharpened and dark, miscoloured with dried blood. She stretches towards him and all he can see is her eyes, deep and black, reflecting the fires of hell.
Galayn Lord is dead. He was the King Squid.
