Still not sure why me voting Night matters. It takes 6, eh? Or will everyone automatically follow my lead? Yeah, I'm awesome. It is known. But can I really be the leader on Day 1 of my very first game? Am I that damned good???

Haha, absolutely. (And no matter how tongue-in-cheek you make it sound, that first line there? Gonna sound like symping in a couple of days when people are looking for ways to get me killed. Just sayin'.)

It's more the principle of the thing. If you had voted night, there would have been a whole bunch of people screaming for your blood (mostly in jest, one imagines, but on day one that can be enough) for voting against the interests of town (even though, as you say, it doesn't actually matter in the grand scheme of things). Welcome to Mafia. :lol:

glad to see Silencer is leading a master class on the finer points of noob baiting, I was really hurting myself trying to glean the facts from the page 1-5 crossfire.

now it's time for me to shut down for a few hours


My take on the two main suspects for today:

I interacted with Blend a bit, he struck me as somewhat jumpy, reacting - first voting me, then unvoting when called out, claiming jokes & general good times

Tatts has laid down plenty of his typical stream of thought, didn't note anything unusual- in fact I didn't get to read much of substance from anyone yet but it's early



I feel Blend to be the best choice at this time, and since I will not be back before time out (if the 5 hours is correct)I leave my vote

Hrmmm, I guess it could still swing or go to a no lynch, the vote count really screwed with me.

So its four on me and three on Tatts. Will be keeping an eye on things but I haven't really got much to add besides that it's nice to see Silencer's dry humour.

I gotcha. Voting Night is voting against the Town. Which only Scum would do. And yeah, I read somewhere in the rules about The Princess Bride (One of the greatest movies of all time, btw.), and I now understand what it meant.
