Yeah. He grabbed the traitor card to gain a hex that is worth one point. That doesn't seem very smart to me. I initially grabbed it in the hopes of gaining a sector worth 3 points plus giving me the chance to grab reputation tiles worth more than the one point that the diplomacy tile was worth. For me it was likely a net gain in points not a net loss.

I tried doing it in Paint.NET, with everything in a seperate layer, for the first few minutes of the game (think this is closest to what CF was referring to?), but the file was huuuuuuuge and slow. So I switched to doing it in yEd, which is more like an object-arranging program than a drawing program (it's kinda like MS Visio I guess?). So I don't need to copy+paste anything, just move them around and check that cubes are on top of hexes rather than behind, that sorta thing. Once everything was setup it became pretty easy, as stuff is almost never actually added to the "table", just moved around.

To make the jpegs, I copy paste the part (ie a playerboard) to a new file, export it to jpeg (with reduced size for the main map) and save it to a usb stick, then upload it to the forum, which is not too bad.
