Like I said a few goes back, I could have went militarily but that wouldn't help me get the research VP's. D'rek said she was reacting to me and playing defensively so therefore I decided to be non threatening. We'll see if she holds true to her word. If she does move to attack me then i'll have to react and maybe bankrupt myself in doing so. My next decision is to pass. That is my next proviso.

You are correct for everyone but the exiles. D'reks race is special when it comes to orbitals.
