IF possible my first choice would be

to research Neutron Bombs and Nanorobots.

If I cannot not have one of the above but can the other I'll research Positron computer with one of them.

If none are available I will have to change my plan of direction.

How many nanorobots and neutron bombs are there? I was going to research both of those.

Only 1 of each (the supply board has not been updated since the start of the round), so both are gone now :p

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.

IH picked it up to block Twelve... Grr.

So I would like to

Research Positron Computer and take the Mining colony.

So that takes 11 science and 5 money.

Upgrade Dreadnaught with Gluon Computer and Nuclear source

Remove Gauss Shields, Place the Computer over the existing computer and the source on the blank spot
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

SO IH what are you going to do with all those Materials?

You aren't thinking of trying to beat me to the center are you?

You can build another dread and 3 cruisers this round if you wanted. I'd be hard pressed to beat them all if you upgraded the cruisers with your improved hulls. Actually I've done a rough estimate that with that fleet I most likely wouldn't wipe out all of your ships even with 6 interceptors and an improved Dread. Of course you wouldn't likely to have enough ships left be able to beat the Ancient Dreadnaught and I would still have most of my interceptors left to try again the next round but it would be an epic fight.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Well just to be forwarned I'm prepared to go overkill at the GC this round. 6 interceptors and 2 Dreads if I have to. I have the money space available for this. I'm pretty sure you don't. So if you don't want to see your fleet evaporte into cosmic dust I would stay away. Very far away.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I'm still pretty sure even if I "lose" the fight I will still come out better in the end with about half of my fleet intact. IH, even if he beats me will probably go on to lose to the ancients. So if he wants one he can have one. Interceptors are cheap. Dreadnaughts and cruisers not so much.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Well I think IH could have a decent shot at beating twelve and the ancient dreadnaught. If money's an issue, he could buy the trade fleet development to afford more actions. However, twelve is right that most of his missile ships will simply retreat and attack again the next round.

Also, don't forget that Khell is a sneaky bastard and has wormhole generators :p

Lies! Damned lies! You cannot trust a single thing the Exiles splutter out - they're Exiles for a reason you know!

I don't trust any of you.

Psst CF while Twelve is distracted by all this buisness with the centre, you should take some of those nice planets he's left next to your fleet.

That is very true. With conformal drive, two move actions could put a CF interceptor in every one of twelve's important hexes. 8 more planets instantly, and it's not like CF needs to fear losing 1 or 2 interceptors when they cost 2 materials and can fly back into the fray so easily.

I suspect this round is going to see a lot of chaos.

I can always counter and agree to the alliance that CF has been wanting with me all game long. Actualy it might not be a bad idea with EM getting the Tachyon Drives and will be able to move all over the board quickly.

It's times like this when I realise why I love this game. Make your move EM! Make your move!

Looks like I might need to buff up my starbases as well and start placing them along entry points if CF is not interested in continuing a peaceful coexistience. One upgrade with Gluon computers and missles can take care of 2 interceptors even with conformal drives and positron computers.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Neutron bombs are needed to remove all population cubes so don't listen to D'rek CF. She lies!!!
