Yeah, I put this baby to sleep in three hours, interspersed with supervising workers cutting down eight trees at my house.

It's pretty good. Definitely a continuation of the wiser Dresden rather than the dinosaur riding zombie killer.

I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

Messed up my amazon order so it won't be here til tomorrow. And with no bookstores nearby, I couldn't just cancel and head to the store. Good thing I had those preview chapters to tide me over, but the extra wait still sucks.

But considering I'll finish it in 3-4 hours anyway, I guess it's nicer to have closer to the weekend? ~~Who am I kidding, I want it now.~~ It's a good thing that I am patient.
