I have read the Dark Tower books (save for 7, since I didn't want the series to ever end... )

Well then, you're in luck!

I'll stop there.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Never trust a website with that many Ayn Rand fans.
I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you.

So stick with the board list. Can't fault them for the "readers'"tastes, they did not choose them :( Besides, it's not all bad. Plenty of Heinlein in there!

An update.

I purchased Best Served Cold as well as The Devil You Know and KRAKEN. So far really enjoying The Devil You Know... I may have to see if it's on Audio too - I hear it in my head as if James Marsters was reading it ala Dresden.

I already owned the Book of the New Sun series, haven't read it yet but will get to it soon.

I will be acquiring most of the others named by you all on a regular basis, though funds are dismal at the moment. I'm working my way through the Brent Weeks books Black Prism and Blinding Knife in the Lightbringer series as well in audio when I can't physically read. I was a big fan of the Night Angel books.

The reader for Black Prism is rather obnoxious though... Makes it hard to stick with. He sounds like some of the empty-headed Florida Surfer monkeys that I had the displeasure of knowing well in High School. I admit to my fair share of beach-going and surfing, but there's a point of obsession and addiction that I never could bring myself to.
