You know, really carefully rereading day 2, there are several elements really bothering me.
First of all, the Liosan case ate up the whole of day 2, which was especially suspicious when the start of the day had several suspects to be worked up.
Second, why would a symp blow up like Spite did? As we saw from all the milage Galain achieved from that blow up, symps generally don't link themselves that closely with their masters. I would be more ready to believe that Spite knows that mechanism of mafia community dynamics and bolstered the case against Lio rather than trying to rescue Lio. Too many of the votes rested on that blow up when the initial case was extremely weak.
Third, there are a lot of people nodding their heads and sagely agreeing with Galain all throughout day 2. In particular, Tennes and Fener stood out to me on reread, and Fener was just starting to get some heat when the Lio case landed. This was one of Spite's points in his blow up, which is what bothers me about today as well as yesterday (see below quote):
Do you like a debate based on faulty premises? I don't. That was reason one. Reason 2 why I came on so strong was that Galain had everyone nodding along - trains have started for worse than that.

Not gonna lie, the severity of Spite's response to the pressure on Lio (which hasn't even translated to votes really) seems a bit dodgy.

Meh. I can get on my soapbox again, but TS already said what I need to say, and it is late here.
One remark: if quoting P-S is allowed, that sucks big time. But if that is a direct quote, some people are also breaking P-S orders by voting and blithely assuming "may not vote" is the same as "your vote does not count". Which is a whole different ballpark... but then, that's nothing new when it comes to Galain, is it?
I'm out.

If I said all you were going to say Spite, I wonder how much you really have to say...

Dammit, if Emur and Anno would have voted when they "checked in" we would have had a lynch. Now we have to go through this shit again and waste another day on it.
I misjudged the timing on the lynch, I thought I had plenty of time.
I'll drop it now whilst I catch up.
Vote Liosan

Currently it's a speed lynch on Liosan which needs a hammer. Several points have been argued pointing out suspicions of other people, all seemingly contingent on this lynch result.

First, second, third. Agree.
So lynch liosan, get some sort of sane explanation from Spite, or punt like we did yesterday.

I am a filthy low poster, but that is something I have no control over at the moment. The readup was damn entertaining. Love the sniping, and we have some clear lines drawn in the sand. Er
Of the people on either side, I agree that liosan is fishy and that reveal is stinky too. Emurlahn s vote makes l1, yea?
I will hammer if no one objects, I dont see another train happening, and lio will be good info.

This seems true enough, and Spite leaving is an "ooo, tingly" moment.

I shall go back to lurking quietly then - does that make you less nervous?
