After the conclusion of the Hundred Year War, Aang and Zuko brought people from the four nations together and founded the United Republic of Nations, with its capital being Republic City, a large metropolis powered by new technologies such as cars and motorcycles. After Aang's death in 153 ASC, the next Avatar, Korra, was born in the Southern Water Tribe.
In 170 ASC, Korra, a rebellious seventeen year-old girl is set to complete her training and fulfill her role as the Avatar. She has already mastered water bending, earth bending, and fire bending by then. Korra travels to Republic City and starts her air bending training with Tenzin.
However, Republic City is not what Korra imagined it to be. Anti-benders called "Equalists", who oppose the arts of bending, utilize new technologies to further their goals. They are led by Amon, a mysterious but charismatic figure who is never seen without his mask.
Korra must fight rampant crime and the Anti-bending Revolution, assisted by two brothers, Mako, a fire bender, and Bolin, an earth bender. She is also joined by a loyal non-bender friend, Asami Sato, whose father owns Future Industries, thus giving her access to the most up and coming technologies. Together they form Team Avatar, who work alongside the citizens of Republic City to stop the Equalist threat.
Following an Equalist gathering where Amon showcased his ability to permanently remove people's bending, the United Republic Council convened over the best course of action. Tenzin and the Council work with citizens of Republic City, alongside Team Avatar, to stop the Equalist movement before they can remove bending from the world, though not everyone agrees on how.
Who will win this epic battle, the Equalists or the Benders of Republic City?

Each faction has its own win conditions, however, at the very core it's Benders (Team Avatar & Republic City) vs. Equalists. So you could say that it's both a town vs. scum AND a 3-way faction game.
Faction victory conditions are:
Republic City - Republic City must have at least one member alive and retaining their bending abilities when Amon dies.
Team Avatar - All members of the Equalist organization must die.
Equalists - Korra must die. All benders must have their bending ability removed, or be dead.
Seeing as the Equalists will be highly outnumbered at the outset, and their win conditions are a little tougher than the others', their members are harder to kill than others. There are a few roles that can break away from their factions and become independents. There are a few members of each faction who have additional win conditions beyond their faction's win conditions. There are 2, hard to kill, power roles (Korra and Amon) a few medium powerful roles, and many weaker roles, though everyone starts with at least one ability.
Days will be 36 hours, Nights will be 6 hours (or resolution when all actions are in if it's prior to the 6 hours being up).
The game will be frozen from December 21 to 26, and December 29 to late in the day of January 1.
Order of Resolution for Night Actions: Incapacitate > Block/Reflect > Guard > Control > Heal > Kill
Certain special abilities have special rules that may supercede the order of resolution.
Order of Resolution for successful Blocks/Reflects: Kill > Guard > Incapacitate > Heal
Abilities not listed above will not be blocked or reflected

And with that, I am heading to bed. Have a great time guys, I think Venge and/or Bru should be around while I am sleeping to do vote count updates and such, should the need arise. I will be all over that like a fat kid on cake tomorrow during the day!

Here, but won't be around much for the next 8 hours or so: I signed off from work on sick leave today with a massive headache.
