Numbers can only get you so far, a lot of the "projections" were off. There were people over performing by far, some people slow starters. I think the main thing is making sure you have enough covers for each position. I don't know I got knocked out in the play offs.

Yes and no. The draft is about covering your bases, but also about getting the best covers. Singular projections may well be off - I had big trouble with my HBs, for example, despite solid projections. One guy was in a new scheme that didn't work for him, and the other was wildly inconsistent and came of a bad year, too, after signing a big contract. I hope I can eliminate some of that by looking at organisation changes and larger trends, some of that can be done by simply adding a plus or minus behind a player name in an excel. I'll be too late if I do it during the draft. But if I do it now, I'll have that prep.

Contingencies in place in case people take who you want. The amount of work this involves Tapper, its a lot. Player behind player behind player. Positions after positions etc. We all know kicker's and defence get similar stats to each other so it is all in the WR's and RB's
