The Jihad reached the desert, and since neither the tribes nor the remnants of the Golden Standard Tumen felt inclined to oppose it, it dispersed to the various monasteries to 'liberate' them. As a show of thanks, the ayatollah declared a religious holiday to celebrate the 'conquest'.
The Northern Desert is now sacrosanct.

No, actually, I have to survive through this cycle too. It said until the 'end of the following cycle.'
Anyway, thanks to whoever threw up the Sacrosanct on Northern Desert, meant I didn't have to put every last dinari aside to buy up some worship, and so I was finally able to pay my bail! I CAN SPEAK AGAIN!!!!

Good faith means good faith. It'll come back to you if it isn't, some way or another. Although, they did put a wanted poster for you so I feel somewhat bad for your plight.
However, there are other ways to ensure water at dawn, as someone illustrated above.
Finally: Whoever offered me what you offered me, thanks, but I have to pass for now. Long term relationships scare me.

Looks pretty straight forward to me. Someone wanted to do a lover relationship with him and he publicly declined.
