It is Day 2.

12 Players still alive: D'riss, Emurlahn, Galain, Karosis, Korbas, Korvalain, Liosan, Meanas, Olar Ethil, Osseric, Sorrit, Spite

7 votes to lynch, 6 votes to go to night.

1 vote Osseric: Spite
7 votes Karosis: Olar Ethil, Korvalain, Osseric, Emurlahn, Galain, Sorrit, Liosan
1 vote Spite: Karosis

Players not voted: D'riss, Korbas, Meanas

So, I have this friend who is a new student this year. And I convinced her that it would be fun to mess up Regina George's life. So I had her pretend to be friends with Regina, and then she would come to my house after and we would just laugh about all the dumb stuff Regina said. And we gave these candy bar things that would make her gain weight, and then we turned her best friends against her. And then... Oh yeah, Cady - you know my friend Cady? She made out with her boyfriend, and we convinced him to break up with her. Oh, God, and we gave her foot cream instead of face wash.

A fatty with no boyfriend whose face smells like feet can obviously no longer be a Plastic.

Karosis has been lynched. She was Regina George and Giles.

It is now night.

So was she one of the plastics? Did we get a killer?

Seems so. She was the head Mean Girl in the movie, right?

Haven't seen it. But I think Regina and Gretchen were the main ones.

Wow, Olar fished that one out quick like on day 1. Nice job. Who is Giles, though?

There are many ways to become a Plastic. Some work, some don’t. Amber D’Alessio, she made out with a hot dog. This was definitely not a way that works.

Korvalain has been NK’d. She was Amber D’Alessio and Tattersail.

It is Day 3. 36 hours remaining.

10 Players still alive: D'riss, Emurlahn, Galain, Korbas, Liosan, Meanas, Olar Ethil, Osseric, Sorrit, Spite

6 votes to lynch, 5 votes to go to night.

Players not voted: D'riss, Emurlahn, Galain, Korbas, Liosan, Meanas, Olar Ethil, Osseric, Sorrit, Spite
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Weekend freeze will begin at 8pm EST, so in just under 10 hours.

Hopefully we get night resolved soon so we know which way to go for day. I think we should focus on the ones that didn't vote for Karosis: Spite, D'riss, Korbas or Meanas.

Thread is dead. I guess everyone thinks there is no point in talking today because of the weekend freeze.

I actually don't agree with this statement.(NOT because it makes me a suspect.)
If I was Karo's killer partner, I would try to deflect the heat off him up until he got to L-3 , but after I saw the lynch as inevitable, I would vote her to clear myself .

I'm not saying that I have PId the last part of the lynch train, but I want to narrow my scope down to somewhere.

7 votes to lynch, 6 votes to go to night.

1 vote Osseric: Spite
7 votes Karosis: Olar Ethil, Korvalain, Osseric, Emurlahn, Galain, Sorrit, Liosan
1 vote Spite: Karosis

Galain, Sorrit and myself are the last 3. If there was oodles of time left on the clock, my vote might look suspicious, but if I were the partner, all I'd needed to do was sit back and watch the clock time out during the last minute instead of saving the lynch be removing and voting.

Korv was associating Galain with Karosis previously. Will have to reread that. And Sorrit had 3 minutes left on the clock when he voted. With Karosis 2 votes shy of a lynch and 3 minutes to go, that could be a gamble at distancing, he might not have thought my vote would come through at the end.

It seems all good to me.
I think Sorrit is the better bet though, He puts his partner at L-1 3 minutes remaining to End of the day.Who would think that another vote will actually come through?

Yes, Sorrit would seem more likely of the two.

Or, I'm an inno who put my vote on the main train with a few minutes to go hoping that we'll get a lynch. Why would I take a chance with my partner when it would be just as easy to say I wasn't back in time for the lynch and hide amongst the people who haven't voted? Particularly when there has been nothing so far to link me to Karosis.

Yeah, guys. We need to tread lightly here. I'm not exactly sure how much time was left when I voted Karosis, but it was less than an hour I believe, and it put him at 4 of 7 votes needed. I don't know if I could see Sorrit placing that L-1 vote with only a few minutes left, especially with 7 anons on, if he was thinking it would fail. I'm also not saying this is impossible, just kind of unlikely, in MY opinion, but I could be wrong. I could see Sorrit, just not voting, riding it out, if he thought it was going to be a failed lynch. I mean, with no evidence that Karosis was scum, not much suspicion would have been tossed at those people who could have claimed they just weren't around.

In fact, this Karosis lynch was sort of a gift. I had my vote on Galain. I came back on, and the only person even hopeful of a lynch was Karosis with 3 correct and not much time left. So I switched to Karosis, mainly just to get a lynch, not because I felt he was scummy, even though I did wonder why he was bringing up that shitty case against me. I think most of the last 4 votes were us just really trying to get a lynch. I would love to say I knew he was scum and made a brilliant vote, but it was luck. I also think that had his lynch failed, it wouldn't have had enough momentum to be brought back up again the next day, seeing as how hard it was just to get him at 3 real votes.

I'm more prone to ALMOST pi those last couple votes, but of course, nothing definitely. I mean, my main suspect before this was Galain, but now I drop any of my prior suspicions of him. I'd need new evidence to have to look back at Galain, now.

what is the deal with these weekend breaks? are we not allowed to post? or what? can you say to people who've been citing work reasons for being low posters that they have no excuses now etc.?

Anyway, briefly revisiting my initial scrap with Karosis, Spite looks sympish and his latest posts do nothing to ameliorate that impression. I know, I've been his biggest fan until now, just sharing impressions, nothing solid yet...but I was going after Karosis HARD and a symp would have to feel obligated to do something about it and Spite fits the bill imo. If this is true, and forgive me, this is all very rough - IIRC, Spite is accused of shifting from defending low posters to focussing on them. If he's a symp then that tells us something about the behaviour of the other killer - not particularly useful, but something to think about, at least for me.

Anyway, we're unbelievably lucky to hit a killer and more interestingly, for the killers to have made such a poor choice for a night-kill target. Seems like a poor target anyway, Korv was suspicious, like really fucking suspicious, so why did they choose him?

OK, bear with me here...so, if I was a killer and my partner and I made a provisional choice for a kill target before the end of the day. Do we have a chance to change our choice or do the mods just run with the provisional?

I'm thinking the mods just run with the provisional, which is..novel, as in I haven't seen it before and I have enjoyed the quick resolves but it changes the game significantly.

Might make sense in terms of balancing since the killers get 2-3 more team members in the form of useless innocents - I will withhold judgement for the moment.

Gonna start thinking about analyzing the lynch train presently.
