It didn't matter in the end - HE voted with US, not the other way around. We couldn't be sure of his alignment and hey, he kept killing scum. It actually worked to our benefit, and then he info dumped on thread, cleared me and D'riss, then assassinated the last recruit. Yeah I fucked up. But Anom was CFing town. The only true scum I killed was SL, which ended the game. I just made a huge gamble that's all. It's even in Dreks spoiler thread as what I was planning. We figured Rashan was doomed. My info dump was only going to be useful AFTER I made it back to SH. I knew I was gonna CF scum again. Had I chosen a better vig, I was gonna accuse (say it was Tellan) whoever I vigged of being the scum. SL would have been scum esper, Rashan possibly in SH with me. I had a few people in SH that would have voted with me. My into dump gamble was hopefully gonna pay off later. There was just no later. I tried to look to far ahead.

Imagine where the game was gonna be at if I'm not stupid and choose SL. SL as cult esper, who if you read the lovers convo between Rashan and her, had a much better grasp on cult esper powers. She would have swapped Rashan into the next new name Telas ressed. She came up with that idea and told Rashan. He just didn't have a chance to work it. I would have been in SH trusted, WITH potential votes backing me. We had SL and Anom on thread already, would have brought back real SL next. I'd have lead a lynch on another town . I'd have known SL was scum when the esper switched.

I know I screwed the pooch, not saying I didn't . But it was on a huge gamble that I still say pays off big time if it works. Would have loved to see it.

Thing is, you KNEW that Rashan hadn't recruited anyone but you the first two (or was it 3?) nights, so it was a *really* risky gamble that there would actually be another recruit ready to receive the Esper. And with only 8 players alive, minus you and Rashan himself, another huge risk to go for the vig with a 1/6 change of picking the recruit. Would've been less risky to do it all the same and just not use the vig, and die at the lynch.

Yeah I should have not vigged. You're right. I wanted to CF scum, though. It's why I info dumped and tried to buddy up to Driss and Kalse. I hoped to make them look bad by association in certain doubtful minds. I also thougt since I sat out the previous night that there was another recruit.

Would I have CFed normal if I didn't vig? By normal I mean he same way I had been CFing. I didn't even think about it. But all along my excuse was that it was my victim making me CF scum, so I was going to try to pin it on whoever I vigged. I just need more experience. Being so close to the time out I rushed and made dumb mistakes.

Oh and to be honest, ill have to reveal even more ignorance, but I thought he did recruit night 1 and 2 because of the screams. In fact we in SH all did. I thought even that Kaschan, Serc, Barghast, or Anom had been the recruits. I had no idea where they went or what happened or why Kaschans counts were so low. I had no idea that ressing me was wasting his recruits. I thought it was some sort of other mechanism associated with cult. I was just clueless, I admit it. I would never have thought anyone would not recruit for that long unless they couldn't. Only people with behind the scenes info and veterans like you and the others could have figured that out. Liz made a comment about me being able to distinguish Eloth going into SL as a recruit apart from the rest, but I'm nowhere near smart enough to have caught that.

I wish I had more help like this, actually. Some of the stuff that is obvious to you vote because of experience still flies over my head.

Nevermind dignifying me with a response. I wasn't even seriously asking for you to respond to anything. I was fucking around. I won't make the mistake of thinking you're anyone I should try to talk to in the future, in CAPS or not.

I mistook you for someone else entirely. I will refrain from annoying your delicate senses from now on by ignoring you completely. I try to be very friendly with everyone. I play around and have fun.
