Did a bit of a read up on players who are still around who haven't been to specter thread.

I have no reason to believe Tellan is innocent, but I also want to know what people think about D'riss. Dude disappeared for pages and pages, and then showed a suspicious interest in speculation about cult members coming back from the dead. (page 12 I think it was)

Also, I want to know why specter thread doesn't think Rashan is McScum. I can sort of accept info coming out there, but why can't that info come out here? I want to know why. Anyone who has returned care to shed some light?

I haven't been in SH long enough to get a grip on this despite reading it several times, but apparently this entire game is based on Final Fantasy 6 with an overlay of 12 cards from the Deck of Dragons, on which the Espers are then overlayed.

Kaschan, with the help of Barghast, has been compiling a list there, much bigger than what he already did here before he died.
I didn't take notes as I had expected (and in all honesty: hoped) that I'd stick for a longer stint in SH by this time, so anything I am saying right now has to be taken with some care, but iirc, Rashan was so far identified as a certain personality in the scenes and from the corresponding FF6 wiki, combined with the overlays as they were compiled, as an unlikely scum mastermind.

There is also the case of whomever is Kalse's contact, who can scan alignment as well. There is so much info in SH that I could hardly absorb it all at work, and that is punishing me now.

This game reminds me of the time when I was 6 or 7 and I was playing blindman's bluff in the basement with my sisters and cousins. They thought it would be funny if they all went upstairs and left me wandering around wondering why I couldn't find anyone.

it is not my own mechanic, that is for certain. It might be because I died first this game (but then, why not Thyrllan?). I'd prefer such a mechanic over being the victim of some sadist with an alt swapping ability who has my name on top of his "revenge list".

What is the purpose of such a mechanic, except to confuse? That seems like thin reasoning for D'rek to include such a mechanic, so there must be more to it than that.

So what you suggest is that we sacrifice someone we consider less scummy than you to clear you? And what happens if you are guarded?
And you realise that this test doesn't prove you haven't been recruited, either?

I will have to think on this, but to me, it sounds fairly scummy.

Mostly gut. There wasn't much to go on Day 1, but Kalse seemed scummy to me.
@SL Its a Day Action, I haven't heard of day guards in any game of mafia so far.
