After a fashion, yes. Except there now seems to be an ACTUAL distinction between what is in YOUR interests and what is in ALMOST EVERY OTHER PLAYER'S INTERESTS. Do you see why that could be interpreted as something sinister, here? Your death may hurt your faction, but would it not be better to reveal a bit of info to avoid that, and HELP your faction by narrowing the search for Batman?

Moreover, would it not still be better for you to die by pseudo-find attempts tonight than to make everyone waste ANOTHER day lynching you? Or avoid both those situations by talking about WHY we shouldn't be doing those things? You keep saying to find on you without killing you, but did it occur that we may not have that capability?

I try to make posts with actual content when I do, and put my opinions out on thread. Guess I should just be low posting like Liosan without attempting to put myself out there. Or maybe I should have upped my post count on day one like D'riss, and posted irrelevant comments on irrelevant quotes.

My justification for pushing for a CL lynch early in the game was that it would give us more time to hunt for Batman. That is actually IN the posts quoted in the case, conveniently not bolded and apparently overlooked. In addition, those are all from day one, and I was definitely not the only person with that opinion on day one.

For those of you still pushing my supposed 'slip', all I can say is that I didn't read the OP properly in my eagerness to start the game. I stupidly tried to cover it up, and failed miserably. I have a role, so I didn't get the town PM. Not going to tell you what it is, because firstly I think we are putting far too much information out on thread for Batman and the CLs to read, and secondly because I think with all the info out on thread it has made it very easy for those who are not roled to fake-reveal. All I'll tell you is that I have a few limited actions and I have not used any of them yet.

Hrm, generally speaking, yes, low-posting prolongs life. It's a sad fact of the game, really. Though D'riss is an obstinate bastard, that's not all he did, to be fair. Mostly, but not all. Everyone with a high post count will have a generous helping of spam/useless posts in that number, however.

Your claim to have a role, and therefore justify your 'slip', is quite interesting, however. So you do now admit it was a fuck-up on your part, not just some lame joke? Fair enough, the game has progressed, but this is still back-tracking and is just a *tad* iffy. Still, interesting. Not really a reveal, though, just a claim. And an easy one to make. You survive lynching, "Oh, one of my powers was an LP." You survive a vig, "Oh, I had a BP too, didn't I tell you?"

Still, those powers would read more like a CL than Batman, so it's not like we need another one of those outed on thread.
