So I'm done the series for the first time. I have tons of questions, but my main question is what happened to Leoman and the Queen of Dreams? I don't recall reading anything about them after they disappeared in Yghatan.

It's possible that their subsequent doings in the Malazan world are taken up by another author who happens to write in that particular milieu.

They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible.
