I'm thinking more of the forum where a few people joked about murdering Obama in the most informal and nonsense talking part of it and the Secret Service contacted the forum owner about it, so be careful!

Sounds like an urban legend, like the "every phone call monitored" thing.
EDIT - I'm not saying the "every phone call monitored" thing isn't technically feasible with computers now. But when i first heard it in the 80's it sure as shit wasn't.

Overall, I rather liked Skyfall.
I do think that the movie is meant to slip a bit of irony past most people - all the surveillance and precautions in the world and a five man team still nearly murdered everyone at a high level, top secret government meeting. What M was saying - that putting money and time into agents like Bond is kinda sorta true. The technology, the drones, the gadgets, they don't replace human intelligence or information gathering.
But we sure as fuck don't need more of James Bond, we need people who can build good things - not just destroy them while looking good.
Javier Bardem was a terrific villain. Anton Chigurh still rules, though.
