Yeah pretty much Fener. The only reason I voted was because it didn't look good for a Shelly lynch.

I still stand by my theory that a killer might be hiding behind being an annoying high poster instead of a low poster this game.

Of course, with a post day 1 lynch like this Rashan, you don't look that much better. You voted for TS just because. At least Thyr said he didn't vote for Shelly because he thought she was inno (this was after offering up his vote for either train btw)

OK, I'm not going to build an elaborate case. I've thought about this and been reading over the past couple of days and this is my feeling.

vote Thyr

This will look like an omgus vote but I don't care. My reason is this: He's gotten cases wrong confusing Amp for Ano and has misunderstood my post about 'testing' a lynch on Korbas. He flies under the radar posting very little and not building much on cases. I think he's deliberately misleading us into thinking that he's not a threat with his drunk posts and fake confusion.

I don't get why no one votes for him, so I think this MUST be something.

These are good thoughts. I would challenge you though is your feeling strong enough to justify risking our very victory on D-day. You don't need an elaborate case, but let's talk more if you have time. As you can see, I am not busy at the moment.

Discuss away.

Because, what content have we gotten out of Thyr? NOTHING solid. He's almost harmless. Don't mind the confused guy that can't keep people or cases straight. The smartest guy is always the one that can play dumb convincingly. NO ONE votes him. His partner clearly isn't.

MAYBE Korbas is the partner. You're right, there is a second one. But look at Korbas's posts. While Thyr ACTS confused, its almost deliberate. Korbas I really think isn't sure of what to do. You maybe, but I think your pushiness just rubs me wrong. I'd be more inclined to see Galain or Amp as Thyr's partner.

You know, Thyr wasn't all that sharp at case making (neither were you Rashan), but it is ironic that you are putting pressure on Thyr considering some of the things he briefly emphasized in regard to you (see the underlined and red below):

After seeing how much time was completely and utterly wasted last game by Sercdominating the conversation early game and most of the other posts beingreplies to his nonsense, I think it has to be a Sheltatha lynch today. This isnot a long game where there will be enough information spread over the timesthey are not posting to make sense of where the other players stand. Having twoor three days of people spending as much time reading and responding toSheltatha's useless posts as they spend looking for scum could give scum thegame. It is poor play that we do not have the time to put up with.

Vote: Sheltaha Lore

But Shelly's change in stance towards the end of the day,and breaking out of "character" gives the lie to this theory. Still does seem like an easy target chasewith an easy get out clause, if you get me.

Rashans chase up of middle of the road play is soundenough on Fener, but I want to take a look back over Rashan's posts and his (I thinkit was) hammer vote, but from memory he was never really a proponent oflynching Tulas up until the shell train fell apart. For one who calls others scummy, this is very interesting Rashan. Hammer and switching votes when your pet project falls apart.

Tulas' best post probably, and part of the reason I wentback to glance over Galain's posts.

How could you be confident that Tulas would be alive thenext day if shelly was lynched? Couldbe nothing or could be a slip.

Early in the game following some shelly posts I snipped outto avoid a wall of text multiembedded quote, the gist was, why did you vote shelly, shelly gibberish, my trap! Vote galain, galain defends, further trap, then

Considering it was page one and even this early Shelly'sposting was eratic at best I think it would be a bit pointless to react at all,I'm not sure how to phrase this, its not coming out well.

Suffice to say Galains reaction, whilst not notable or angrystill seemed a bit early given day one, page one, prevailence of random/bs dayone first votes and shellys generic craziness.

The post from tulas that basically caused his lynch, Galainis one of the first to respond, laughing at it, but once more interest appeared(anomandaris votes?) and several people show interest so he climbs on boardwith a short post saying

I watched 2 hours worth of Mork and Mindy tonight. Anyhow I am going to bed.

This may sound like a doomsday speech and its obviously premature, but I always get lynched while I'm sleeping. I suspect both killers won't be on my lynch train if there is one. So my guess is that one is scum and the others that follow are the rest of the herd (Right now looking at Korbas, Rashan and D'riss). I always look guilty so I shouldn't be surprised. My instinct still lies with Ampelas and that Telas is trying to help redirect for his partner. So if you lynch me, I would seriously look at those two. Any townies that join this will feel like the leming fools (See ST, in deference to you Sir I have refrained from questioning their lineage or calling them by derogatory names) that they are for following on it.

It could have just as likely been any of YOU as none of YOU liked Shelly and ALL of you found Tulas suspicious.

wait a minute, rashans three scum suspects are korbas RASHAN and driss ( of those on his train)
did I read that correctly?

He's reading well enough to correct you btw. I guess this would be fuel for your fire, in that Thyr isn't as dumb as he acts

If I am going with my gut, you are nearing the top of my list. I still feel strongly about Korbas, and Amp, despite my more recent confusion over his failure to fit to my profile, is still more likely scum than town in my book.

However, what I can't get over is how I defended you just as I defended Telas, thinking you weren't actually all that likely as our scum because of your early game interactions (I wasn't and still am not primarily looking for what everyone calls "scummy." I still feel that the traditional scummy hunt approach is a red herring with several inno bodies of proof to support it) and as a result, you turned on me. Really just came after me, as if I had made the biggest case ever on your ass.

Even now, I suspect you as scum primarily as a primal instinct rather than actual logic. But I'm glad we are having this conversation. I really have been trying to figure you out all game long.

Forgot Thyr made a case? I see you are a little behind. I'll keep working to catch you up to speed.

REALLY? Seriously? You count that? There's not much there dude. Whatever.

We are on D-day, you drop a vote on Thyr, and you say he has said next to nothing of value. I am merely pointing out in this crucial junction for us, that you may have been a little too cavalier with your accusations at a time when precision and accuracy are imperative. Don't get so emotional.

I know that Thyr spends most of his energies on Fener and Galain, but that side remark about you is what caught my attention. And while this isn't a landmark case, he does have some good points among the bad.

But what does your gut tell you? We are all standing around pointing fingers at eachother. Am I bullshitting you? I can tell you I'm not but you need to decide whether you agree. All I can say is that I think Thyr is bullshitting us. And taking a look at all the I thinks and maybes, this one I feel strongest about. If we can get ONE then it gives us another day to look at the remaining players for the other.

Whatever. You might be the other scum. I haven't ruled you out entirely. My money is on Thyr. And I think maybe Amp or Galain as the partner. I wasn't the only one wrong about Telas or Tulas or Sheltatha. Saying that makes me scum is just stupid.

Stupid is what you make of it. You express certainty at Thyr's guilt. We do have another scum that we have to kill before we can win. If you have a candidate, I want to be sure if I come to agree with you. My lack of politeness comes from my lack of respect. I say again, step up.

So should I just stop my Thyr post search there? I see some of what you are saying Rashan. He acts stupider than he is, he makes a lot of weak cases, and points his drunken finger at multiple people. He makes cases on other people and then votes for someone who has not been discussed in that same post (putting suspicion on Amp and voting Galain for instance).

All of these are manipulative, and I find some credence in looking into him as scum. I thought about making a case, but seeing that no one was participating any more, I figured it was a waste of my time, more likely to get me lynched than actually helping the situation.

So I am listening, I am thinking, but considering you are the only one bringing this up, and providing very little to look over, I fail to see how your vote means anything at this juncture of the game. Do you expect people to follow you with that miniature case of yours? Do you expect your implicit wisdom to bowl people over with wonder? Do you think that you are any different from Thyr in confusing the thread when you throw out a weakly supported case and then pout when you get heat?

Please, tell me I'm wrong, tell me I'm missing something.

There's not much to say. I've already said it. I think he's been coasting and trying to make himself look like he isn't a threat. He hasn't really stuck his neck out all game. YOU do. I do. Hell even Galain does with his barage of nothing. Who does that leave? Korbas who I'm betting is as confused as he looks and Amp who Is playing an equally careful game.

Good luck, I'm going to bed, but I don't feel good enough about a Korbas lynch to put my vote there.
