Thanks buddy. Nice to know you're keeping track....

Also, let me break this down....

So I low post for 2 days and people start voting me for not participating. Then I come on and start posting....and people actually REMOVE VOTE and continue to vote for me?

I mean, there are always more bad lynches than good ones, but this is obtuse. I just don't see the logic behind this and that's pretty suspicious.

So, if I do get lynched, I'd go back and examine people who came on after I finally showed up and started voting for me. Something else has to be going on for that to happen; could be they are defending Serc. But it isn't normal play. Serc and I are pretty even with votes and the only case on me is my post count, while Serc's crimes could fill half this thread.

So, quite curious. And you all should be too.

I did find it strange, and I have said it elsewhere. however, a vote that is not powered by logic is not necessarily a suspicious vote, just a lazy one. for the record, I still think your lynch is our best bet today, simply because we don't have time to turn it around,
and the only other option is Serc, who can be a bit of a dick but is pretty harmless, as far as I can see.

Just out of curiosity, what makes me "harmful" as opposed to "harmless" like Serc? And how exactly is Serc "harmless"? From what I've read he made a couple major slipups already.

Seems most of the posts are serc pissing around primarily and people taking this as either an indication of his guilt or his innocence. I changed my vote on day one from serc and that did not turn out well so for the moment I am going to leave it where it is. It does, as a few people have mentioned, seem to have come down to two players again, and I think that TS has a point, about it being mainly because we vote early and then get kind of caught with two main runners, which then turn into the only viable lynches. Or maybe we're not shouting enough at each other. Where is Galain with an abundance of sheep images when we need him?

Out of Amp and Serc for the moment I will leave my vote on serc, though I would have considered voting for Liosan since not only did he change his stance on who we should be going after but seems to have set off a lot of confusion among certain players about VCs but it would be a stupid vote since it would go nowhere at this point and I dislike serc for similar reasons, that and he has made the thread his playground and continues to merrily attempt to spread confusion and misinformation and then back-tracks, and at times seems to outright contradict himself.

I should be around for timeout, so I can change to Amp, though I would feel uneasy doing so.

the tricky part of this game, at least while it is so big, is that we need a lot of votes to lynch someone, which means getting a lot of early votes in. but then we are reluctant to vote outside of the established trains, so we get stuck with the suspicions we had at ths beginning of the day, and we can't react to changes that happen through the day.

I,myself am guilty of this, I put my vote on Ampelas early in the day because I knew I wouldn't be around a lot. on top of that there hasn't really been a viable alternative except for Serc, who I still think is just a vocal human, and at least now he has stopped pretending he has knowledge that she doesn't.

and on that note, wow, I'm so honoured that Serc seems to think I'm human because I'm not voting for him. how great do know that's all I need to do, and it has nothing to do with anything I say...

Eh?

Dear Tulas.

Pls forgive me,

Love,

Serc

so the only part you comment on is the bit I mention you?

hmm.

What did I say in my post? That I thought you were human for voting for me?

Wait. Not human for not voting for me?

I saved you on day 1. I didnt vote for you then, either. Even when you were leading votes.

I'm sort of confused.s

oh rubbish. once Sorrit had as many votes on him as he had when I left, it was pretty much a done deal. but I'll let you go in thinking you 'saved' me if it makes you feel better. don't think it means I owe you anything though. apart from the utter ridiculousness of expecting anything from your fellow players in a game of mafia, you could become a zombie this very night and only you and your zombie pals would know.

and I'm not going back to find the post now cause I'm playing from my phone and it's a mission, but you said that you saw me as less suspicious because I voted for kaschan and then Ampelas over you.

Wow, you guys are out for blood. :) I readily confess that I haven't been playing at all and for that I apologize. However, shit got out of control and I'm trying to juggle a bunch of other shit and well, shit, man, there's a beverage here.

But I will make a promise that I will keep. If you at least wait to lynch me until timeout, I promise to at least read up and post my thoughts beforehand because I know I will have time in about five hours or so. That's the best I can do. I'm not even sure why everyone is voting me cause I haven't read up, so if it's not something other than me being a filthy low-poster, hey, show some mercy here.

Ooooooh you guys we could get to hear Ampelas' thoughts on the game! Aren't we super duper privileged?

Yeah, I don't care and those.

Remove Vote
Vote Ampelas

Hey, whatever man, I wasn't demanding anything, only explaining what I plan to do and when I can do it. This seems like a dumb reason to switch votes though.

Exactlty. "When [you] can" you "plan/promise to" "read up and post [your] thoughts". I don't see any value in that. Maybe you should have promised to play the game, rather than just comment on it.

There's plenty of players that have been doing both for many days. I'd much rather be stuck with them on D-Day so I can actually get a read off them than a blank slate like you.

Man...just eat a dick. A big bag of dicks.

I promise I spit Mountain Dew all over my dog when I read that.

Yeah, I enjoyed writing it. I'm glad we could share something special before one of us gets lynched.

I don't think necessarily that you are harmful. but if you are a zombie then it gives us good reason to continue hunting through low posters and looking for people who have suddenly upped their posting, and if not then hopefully you aren't on my team and we can go back and look at some of the shoddier votes on you to find out where to go next. it comes down to believing that your lynch will give us more information to work with than Serc's would.

Serc's slip-ups seem to be no more than pretending to have more knowledge than she has and getting called out on it. if he's really fishing for information, at least that's something we can use later on. if not, we take everything he says with a grain of salt and continue calling him out on his comments.

So uh, to sum up, it's because I'm a low poster and he's not.

Just wanted to be clear. :)

Gee, I guess it's time to start padding my post count with random bullshit like Serc has been doing for about 72 hours.

So, what's going on? Isn't this fun? Let's get into the spirit of things.

.....

Serc walks into the room. In his hand, he's carrying a bag. We all know what this bag contains. But the tension is thick; it is palpable. So is the smell.

Serc sits down in the middle of the room and opens the bag. He reaches into the bag of dicks and begins to eat....

I walk in. The scene before me is both grotesque and yet alluring. Eating a bag of dicks is something we must all do at one time or another - and if against our will, then for a good cause, we would hope.

Pardon me, Serc, I say. Could I bother you for a single dick? Perhaps just a tip?

No, Serc says. These dicks are mine. And they are bitter; yes, bitter. But I like them. Because they are bitter. And because they are dicks.

I decide to leave Serc to his own fleshly desires and sit down to watch.

You're alright in my book, Amp. I just cant see any human faction sitting idle for so long. We said hours into the game that we might have to be wary of low posters based on the dynamics of this game. It was said long before we all lined up on you. It was actually random. If I remember right it was either you or Kalse. I think a few just chose you, instead of Kalse.

But dont lose hope. Its still almost 50/50 between the two of us.

Yeah, the more I read your posts, the more I enjoy them. We could go back and forth for awhile and be content, I think.

But I wasn't even reading the thread back then. So if I was selected at random, so be it. If I'm a lowly human and being idle makes me the target, well, I should have posted more. But some of it was out of my control. Like now, I have managed to shirk my duties and post about dicks a lot. That's been great. But you know, life is like a bag of dicks. You never know how big a dick you're going to get fucked with.

Welcome to the machine.

Come on, Amp. Hang in there pal. Don't lose it now.

I know I pull my own Shenanigans at certain times, but my Shenanigans are cheeky and fun.

And these Shenanigans are cruel and tragic

If you're a lowly human then we might have more in common after all.

But not only do alot of people almost know for SURE at this point Im a human, but they know exacty who. I think worse case scenario you are human faction, then I still fill we have a better shot with which one you might actually be.
