I thought Hibernating might of meant that the zombie faction was done for. And it was down to human vs human.

But two things still stand out: The mention of only half the hivemind dying, and a deal being made.

It's possible that if there is a zombie or zombies left among us, the Survivor might be suspect.

But thats only a guess. Nothing backing it up.
