I think he "manipulated" some one on the Korv train. remember he is the one who came on late and "re-hammered" to get the lynch. He hasn't defended any of the accusations I have thrown his way. He has just brushed them off and is hoping no one notices.

Hmm, there is that. I really don't buy his explanation that he just didn't see it, either. However, I don't know if the survivor would be as active as Rashan is, seems like a more under-the-radar, behind-the-scenes role to me. Dunno.
