(I realize this was post in the Announcements forum, but there should be some mention of it here.)

Be aware that the Kindle version (.AWZ) has been poorly created, and stripped of all formatting. Not good when all the diagloue in the book is marked with italics instead of quotations marks. (The EPUB seems to have the same problems.) Because of that, I used the Calibre eBook management software to make my own Kindle edition in MOBI format. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
