I know you didn't like my reply, but I meant it as an exaggeration. Clearly my usual playstyle isn't actually hindering and distracting our team, rather it is just casting suspicion my way, the point I was trying to make by exaggerating was to show I wasn't scum and to search elsewhere. Though I guess it didn't come across how I wanted it to, at least to you. Maybe other people took my meaning, since no one else was really calling it out.

So, any thoughts on when shots should be fired? Do we want to do it with some time left in the day, and if so, do we then want to do it around the time we unfreeze?

I feel a bit uncomfortable vigging Venge, who seems to be the favored target, without giving him a chance to defend himself and we know he isn't on during weekends usually, thus deadline might roll-around before he gets on.

also, wcs, we DO have 2 independant killers, and we may lose both of our PIed players in the night. with a lynch, wcs, we could lose 5 town in one cycle. that's too much for slim risk of gain.

this is the nature of reveals.
We can never trust them untill they are proven with action.
Unfortunately vigging is a rather harsh way to prove something....and also the reason why it is a favorite easy role to fake reveal.

I feel in my gut that both of them are probably telling the truth....but then...i also feel its a pretty well executed fake reveal if you think about it.

just dunno...and that is where my problem lies.

the only person who I saw reacting scummily at the reveals was Bent, but he may have been simply drunk, since he changed his tone once he supposedly understood what was going on.

the person i'm most worried about is Venge, but he won't be on untill late tomorrow, which frustrates me all the more, since I can't get any read on him at all.

i dunno where it leaves us...this reveal is tough...and it really doesnt gell with a M&P game.
I think in the future for a game to M&P we need to have all the possible roles out on thread in the op.
Because once we have to start guessing about what possible roles could be and stuff like that it start detracting from the game and stops becoming a M&P

Unlike Dkt I read from the end back and comment. I have finally gotten to the bit where you have a day vig too. Silencer should go first and Vig Mental. If he doesn't then you should vig him. If you can't then we lynch you then silencer. Problem solved.

Anyways, I won't reiterate what other people have already said. I have no idea if the alleged vigs are telling the truth or not, but what I think is moot anyway seeing as it's already been decided that they will be proven through tests, so we'll know something soon anyway.

I think the idea to treat the vigs as lynches is an excellent one, and definitely think that's the way to go (unless the vigs happen to hit a killer, right? Should we then go through with a normal lynch, seeing as we're not down any innos?)


Lastly, Venge, I don't really see what you're complaining about. Ment is scum because he says he thinks you're scum while you're not around to respond? Well, to be honest, Ment is allowed to suspect you of being scum any day of the week, not just when it's convenient for you.

One more thing I will say about the vigs is that I don't get why people are complaining about this not being M&P.

First, JLV did say 'mostly'.

Second, a vig is a standard role. Oh noes, it's during the day rather than at night! Let's not get our panties in a twist over that. I really don't see the classification problem here. Yeah, it's not TMDI 1, but the only unusual thing I've seen so far is that there's supposedly two day vigs, rather than just one. Which might be a lie anyway.
