Captain obvious will make some calculations on thread.

We had four nights, so if the cult started with one, then there's a maximum of 5 potential cult. We know even shields can get recruited so barring a guard, no reason not to succeed. 3 Cult died

We know for sure that we had 3 cult, so the recruiter was alive at least 2 nights. So it could not have been Olar Ethil, and since Eloth jumped enthusiastically on OE's train, and Osseric too, I don' think it's either of them. I can imagine a scenario where the recruited doesn't know who recruited him, but not the other way around obviously.

So, I think there's still the recruiter around. And one recruit. Knowing OE was not the recruiter, I will go back and check who wasn't too excited to lynch him.


As for the shields, two left in the bunch: hood's path, kalse, korbas, rashan, sorrit, tennes

Can we trust Ruse's revealed night actions? If so, Tennes is not a shield, an it's two left in the bunch: hood's path, kalse, korbas, rashan, sorrit

Odds are not bad I think.

As for shield, I re-read day 1, and many people agreed with my idea that what I picked up between Fener, Silanah and Ruse could have been signaling from Fener to point his shields to each other.

The only ones still alive that did not follow with a vote on either Ruse (before the reveal) or Silanah are Rashan and Korbas. (interestingly, neither did Olar Ethil. I think my theory gave shields a pause)

For the cult recruiter:

In blue started the attack on Olar Ethil on day 2, in red was attacked by Osseric yesterday.
Olar Ethil did not attack anyone between his recruitment and lynch (too busy defending himself), and it seems Eloth was NKed microseconds after his recruitment)



For the shields:

fener, hood's path, kalse, korbas, rashan, sorrit, tennes


In blue reported failed NA from Ruse
In red led the attack on Olar Ethil. I know it means little as the shields don't know each other, but leading an attack and pushing his case is not something a shield would dare to do early in the game. It doesn't prove anything, but it's my gut feeling.


Of those two lists, I see Kalse. He's our highest poster, but if he could quote one of his own posts were he actually proposes something we could do, instead of commenting and frolicking with Papa Swine, I would stand corrected.

@HP, I would lean towards Kalse, but my record this game hasn't been stellar.

I wanted to leave this as late as possible but I no longer can afford to. I am a finder, I started with two BP's. Night one I did a find on Olar and found him to be a shield. Night two I found Tennes because he was riding me so hard I thought he must have been something. He came away as Not a Shield. Night three I did a find on Rashan and he came away as Not a Sheild. Last night I did a find on Sorrit who came away as a Shield. I don't want him leading us towards another wrong lynch but I also wanted to find out who he would have went for. In my mind Korbas must be the other shield. I have one BP left as I lost one on the night with no deaths. I have one more available so Fener cannot kill me or I cannot be recruited.
