Been mulling over the start time of the game. I want to maximize the possibility of players being awake, so I'm going to start the game when it's Monday Morning in the US, so afternoon/evening in Europe. This makes it slightly less convenient for me, but that's fine. Silencer isn't playing, and I"m not aware of any Auzzies who might be inconvenienced, although I don't know where most of the noobs or noobish are from. So, game will start somewhere between 10-12pm Japan time, which would be 8-10am on the East Coast, USA.

At the moment, everyone likes the Takeda clan for an ally except for the Uesugi (somewhat accurate, that). At the moment, that means that alliances will be decided down the line based on whoever Tapper chooses.

That 'signalling' case was too easy for my team to just jump on to and show they know me, assuming they know me... with recruitment being in the game, it makes sense that the recruitables do not know the recruiter, so perhaps only 1 knows me.

Team speculation:

5 clans, 4 each.

1 Lord who has my abilities;
1 General or Rikogunshokan or whatever you might call them;
2 captains or Taisa or whatever you might call them.

Lord knows no-one, General knows lord, captains know general.

Captains can be recruited. Captain can be promoted to general if the general is dead.

Generals most likely have a blocking ability, I'd make them guards or maybe even killers, but I think the captains are the ones that can kill by building up wounds on other players. Or maybe you went with dibses' Seguleh game design, where the Third (General position) was the most powerful in the game.

That speculation can of course only be true if there are indeed equal sized clans, with mirrored abilities and no odd roles........ meaning Eloth is RPing in this scenario.

I don't understand what is going on with the Eloth stuff. It feels too obvious to me, like he is actively trying to get lynched. Some people have been very active, some not so much. Too much emphasis on BS signalling cases is obscuring issues and stops people coming up with anything new.

So now I'm off to bed, having made my vote based probably on nothing. I'm trying to play a cautious game, not wanting to show all my cards at once. I was starting to get a little worried about Tulas Shorn, he was drawing a lot of attention to himself, but that seems to have stopped. So for now, provisional defence on Fener, because he is making some interesting points, and I feel like he is one of the ones who will push the game forward and bring more information to light.
