WARNING!!!! *SPOILERS* for Midnight Tides ahead!!!
Hope that was enough.
Perhaps I'm totally off my rocker here, but the Tiles, can they be corresponding to the Deck of Dragons?
The "Tiles" seem to have a similar purpouse to Deck of Dragons, i.e. used to "see the future" and trends, happenings. I especially noted the in Lether so popular "Errant" which governs chance and is unaligned. Seems rather close to Oponn, doesn't it?
Also, there was another unaligned which I thought might be Obelisk, but I cannot remember what Ceda Kuru Kahn or Feather Witch called it. I think the Ceda talked about it, but I'm not sure. Maybe Dolmen?
Anyhow, it seems to be a certain symmetry in between the Tiles and the Deck of Dragons with the unaligned and the Holds/Houses.
-They are used for the same things.
-They have aligned cards/tiles for houses/holds
-They also have unaligned parts
Perhaps the Deck of Dragons is related to the newer Warrens like the Tiles are related to the Holds?
Well, just a thought anyway.
