Actually I decided to Take a three books break before Deadhouse Gate. Now I'm at the second book. But I enjoyed the book. MY feel was that the end was too abrupt. Mu favorite character was Kruppe followed by Caladan Brood.I will try To Do the same thing for DG but This time I will read Another book at the same time. thought about first Farseer book or The Blade Itself. All This To prevent me for reading ahead. See You in about a week at the DG forum

1) Caladan Broom is a great typo.
2) I agree, GotM ends quite abruptly (at least on first read...seems less so on reread).
3) Every other book has a fantastic, earned ending even on first read.
4) DG is where the series really gets its hooks in you, and you will likely abandon your policy of spacing them out, and especially of reading them concurrently with another book.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Wasn't he the janitor in Harry Potter? Or maybe the assistant Quidditch coach... :D

Yes, please do. I tried it for MoI, with little success... Someone needs to do this right, at some point.

Well it's easier to start these than to finish them, because with each book there's a tipping point where you just wanna read read read.
