1250 words over two days, and I'm getting to the crunch point of my death scene. Need to decide today what POV I'm going to tell it from. Probably from the guy who dies, and then switch to reaction POVs. Should get back up to quota by EOP today, hopefully!

I ended up writing about 5k words last night trying to plan out my next few chapters (I know, I should have done that in December) since I scrapped parts of my plot line earlier. Doesn't count towards my total though, So I gotta fly today.

Wade your posting time is my 3 - 4am. I'd send you my prologue, but everything is in rough draft so it's kinda meh to let other people read it yet.

Wrote a measly 3k today. I discovered that turning off my internet connection works like a charm for my productivity, though. I have a week and a half left of vacation, and I really wanna pound out some chapters before I have to go back to school.

Very badly. I'd need to write say... another 1000 words before bed and I'm getting tired. I need to maintain an output of 2000 wpd since the first 4 days saw me doing nothing.
At this rate I think I'll call it as Write However Much I Can. My pledge is to write every day, not just this month but until the story is finished.

I managed to catch up for one day. Then fell behind again last night. In my defence our game lasted till 2h30 am so my plans to write after kind of died.
There is one thing I'm proud of though. I wrote a scene showing the pure love of two redshirts to point out how much they were in love before I had one brutally kill the other. I even threw in the word "frolicked". I was chuckling to myself the whole time. I am a bad person.

Also, any one else develop the habit of hitting crtl+s every time they're done typing even when it is not their book? I know I have, keep doing it while making posts.

Badly. I regret nothing though spent a lot of time speaking with other malazites on Hang Out. Now I'm off it and so I can write. I've got about 3.5 hours before I head to bed. Can I pull it off? Probably not. I'll try though.

4000 words into my new project, but MS Word is a liar so it's probably 3800.
And damn it's hard to write something set in my own city.

Could I add to my total word count the sections I've written this January for my November NaNo? I just finished it a few days ago.

Absolutely!

I'm just looking for 50k words, regardless of the project. Could be a collection of short stories or poems, I don't really care.

Projects that you're required to do for other things (uni, work) don't count though!
