Im about 140pgs thru BoneHunters and lovin every letter of it!!!!


Question: When Karsa invades the keep near the start of the novel and is attacked by that repitilian beast......what the hell is that monster??? Some Crocodile-man? a huge eagle-lizard?


What is the actually keep he is invading.....one minute they enter the town, the next he is invading a keep.......in true barbarian form

A K'Chain. I can't remember if it's a K'chain che'malle or a K'chain nah'ruk.

I think it's a K'Chain Nah'Ruk because it had a short tail but there is some debate about what it was.

Samar Dev's dissection turns up little techy creatures inside it which supports that theory.

The short stumpy tail suggests Nah'ruk, but the Nah'ruk that Ganath encounters in TB are way smaller and less aggressive, so as of TB we don't know exactly what kind of K'lizard it is.

The implication that it was imprisoned in the keep by Nameless Ones suggests its not a garden variety.
