I'm really waiting until the very last minute to finalise my squad. I like taking chances on unproven foreigners ;)

Bah, no Charlie Adam or Andy Carroll-like bargains this year it seems. Taarabt 6.5! Whoever heard of a player from a newly-promoted team worth more than 5.5? I am outraged, I tell thee!

He's a good player, scored a few goals last season and did okay against a few prem sides in the FA cup

Innuendo Implied is signed up.

I'm pleased with the costs, managed to get a decent team. Focused on the top flight teams so far, which is not the best strategy but am eagerly awaiting a busy august transfer market.

~ Infinity, will either shit on the team below, below!..... or be shat on.

The Sheffield Squatters have joined the league. Taking a gamble on one or two of my players. But I'll be keeping an eye on the transfers for anything tasty looking.

Yay, thank you for someone else setting it up! Will join in the next day or two. Can't believe it's almost that time again already!

I'm in. Fighting Talk.

Am sure I'll see my usual terrible start followed by a slow climb into the lower reaches of respectability once I prune out the ridiculous gambles (Danny Graham) and possible injuries and replace them with more sensible bargains and players who are fit...

Yeah, I've had to make a few changes as well. I might have to make some more when I get my hands on the probable line ups for the first games.

My team this year is going to be awful. I may have made some spectacularly bad decisions, especially with defenders...

Luis Suarez is potentially out through 'fatigue' Posted Image

To be frank, he had played for 2 or 3 seasons at Ajax without much of a break (apart from a 7 week match ban for biting his opponent) before moving to Liverpool. Then again, with his tendency to fall and roll on the grass theatrically for a minute making puppy eyes at the referee, he could rest then :)

EDIT: I'm disappointed in Aguero not being match fit. He's had a longer r&r time than Suarez.
