Great I show up and the thread dies. Well I'm off to work. I'm not sure if I'll get my response from Barghast so I need to look at the many people getting votes and see who makes the most sense for me to lynch.

Of the most recent activity I find the Karosis Omtose banter the most telling. Clearly in different factions. And, truth be told, I believe Omtose is in a Kingdom faction. This makes me the most suspicious of KArosis...if we are gunning for warlords.

@Ruse Me being in Jiang Xia on night one, (whether or not that is true) means that I could have been in any of Yong An, He Fei or Jang Xia to start the game. That Khell singled me out and was Yan... should be telling. There is nothing saying he didn't leave people off of his list of who was on that tile, to suit his purposes.

Also, Khell seemed to have information on Telas. That no one seems interested in pursuing this avenue I think is odd. He certainly doesn't have many supporters putting him as not an emperor. I would be surprised if he isn't a barbarian or usurper.

The way that some people came out at Karosis with their posts after night scream of a finder to me soooo.

HP also interests me. He is very aggressive on thread and comes in guns-a-blazin. but gets no heat of his own. Probably not an Emperor as they would be more catious..more likely a 3 kingdom finder or barbarian.

Guns-a-blazin huh? I saw something suspicious about someone and built a case on them and that is guns-a-blazin right? As for my attack on Barghast being a barbarian, I'm less sure of that as more information is coming out. Though with that information my assumption that there are players that are able to move onto tiles that have no allied players is looking more and more valid. Between what Barghast is saying (I think, I'm still confused by that whole exchange) and Karosis's comment about 8 players being in one location at this stage of the game all but verifies that for me.

anyhow, i'm not too sure about Karosis. there's a good chance he's a White rider.

on the other hand, Omtose is a wild card to me. he may actually be one of the Guanxi barbs (Ma chao's crew). or, if he's kingdoms, there's alway a chance he may be Sima Yi.

i dunno. I'm leaning towarss Omtose righ tnow.

I honestly don't know who of those receiving votes currently to go for. I'm almost tempted to go a different route entirely. But I don't think that would be very productive at this stage in the day.

I've caught up and already feel like I need to re-read all that to get it straight since there are a lot of people coming under heat and a lot of the reasons seems to be ones not open to everyone as such which makes it harder to know who to support or trust if you're not sure who is in your faction and who you think might be manipulating things.

I was feeling most suspicious of barghast but now i'm not so sure after that strange speech by silannah.

The exchange between omtose and karosis is interesting, it feels like omtose knows something and the whole comment of twisting it to his own needs would support that but again it seems to hinge on trusting his word. Also the Atrahal comment didn't seem sarcastic.

HP i'm conflicted over, I just don't know what to think sometimes he strikes me as barbarian and at other times as three kingdoms.

There are players I feel like completely slip my mind as well kaschan, galain i'd forgotten about again, Sheltatha

No ladies, I'm not laying low, it's just been a busy day at the office - it's lunchtime

My take on things now:

It seems everybody has their own ideas for lynching, what 5 candidates now?
I'm not placing tremendous faith in all the revealed info about locations, I don't think it tells us as much as people would like us to think. Also, I don't trust very easily so I'm sticking to mainly interactions

The Omtose/Karosis conflict has my eye as the leading situation. My own opinion goes with Karosis in the barbarian/usurper crew so he seems like a good choice. I see Omtose's faction pretty well, too.

Low posters are rampant, but catching up, I think the stage of the game will turn against the inactive so the hustle is on to get some content out.

I see Tennes subtly declaring he's not HP's pal, Galain has dodged the heat, somebody vouched for Barghast I think?

Silanah has backed away from Emur, maybe I was off-base before but it did look odd to me. Emur didn't disavow you, so I'll keep an eye open.

Lastly, a few have commented (myself included) about Telas, do we contemplate Khell's words (Telas defends) - He's still not interesting enough for attention apparently.

So for now, I see the main focus of everyone as being toward Omtose & Karosis (if we want to lynch today) - if this changes I will be around at least once more before end of day

I got that same feeling as well but it still came off as this is an assumption not certainty.

Yes i'd agree with that, they're the only two standing out at the moment and that seem viable. This comment by omtose makes me uncomfortable, it feels scummy, so i'm leaning slightly towards him.

Oh well... with votes so spread out I think we have to do some consessions. He's been pretty much a blank for me and therefore would never be my first choice, although I guess that also means that he's succesfully hiding in plain sight. I really don't think he's on my team, so here's one for the sake of getting a lynch:
