I'd say that what info Roldom provided is all you need.
Of course there is a modkill timer... goes without saying.
It's traditional to make it last for slightly longer than the full length of a day and have extensions available to those who ask for them, so we roll with that.

Your attempt at fishing for day actions is appreciated, but no further info forthcoming .

Story aside (and Roldom can tell you all about that, I can't), I personally really can't see how this is relevant for the game apart from you people trying to pigeonhole book people (aka potential roles) to factions. I'm not going to aid you guys with that.
