Also Rider in SN was nothing but a damn joke compared to Alexander but it's obvious that was the case to make room for Gilgamesh.

Man those Veil's just have rotten luck.

I never expected you to rate the SoL cooking show above the preteen magic lesbians show.

I’ve been waiting. I really thought they might go there in Zero but nope.

I wasn't sure where to go after Apocrypha, not sure I'd like the jump from map changing battles to making omelettes but you know what? I'll give it a shot...

Attack on Titan season ender (or half-season ender? It's unclear whether next April will be season 4 or season 3.5... whatever) was pretty interesting. Mostly just epilogue and setup for whatever the next bit of the story is, but nice to see the story turning back towards the lingering questions from the beginning, and also I really liked that going to hear the commandant's story didn't really tell them any useful answers plot-wise, just personal ones. The after-the-ending scene flash-forward to hook for next season was well done, too, spooky.

Next 'season' is the second half of Season 3 (sort of like they've done with Kamuy).

The next 'season' - based on the key graphic, this concludes the current arc. After this the anime is caught up to the manga, near enough. Any season 4 will run parallel to the manga as presently there isn't enough material to support a 4th season of 12 episodes.

Kamuy pt2 continues to be bizarre and I love it for that. Dick-sensei returns!

JoJo seems like it could be interesting. Giorno feels like a more rogueish Jonathan which kind of makes sense given that he's Jonathan's son (and thus Joseph's great uncle and Jotaro's great great great uncle?!).

Overall it feels like a decent season, there's some absolute fluff on but it's fun in spite of that (UzaMaid, for instance).

With one issue per 6 months, yeah, we'd need about that. Meanwhile S-L S2 when?

Picked up another seasonal, this being 'As You Like, Miss Beelzebub'. I'll watch later and provide thoughts. Busy season!

Bunny Senpai continues to intrigue. It's full on examination of existential crisis, but an existential crisis brought about by the memory of others failing. Schrodinger's Waifu.

Is it really...? It looks soooo high school romance. But you're saying it's more like Lain?

All masters get 3 command seals when they summon their servant (assuming they summon the servant properly). As you saw in Zero, leftover seals can be reused in various circumstances and the overseer can give more, too, but each master gets 3 from the Grail naturally.

There's a romance element to it. I don't know Lain.

Spoiler
. It's mostly dealt with existentialism up until now; the 'doesn't dream' part seems to infer along the lines of 'she isn't imaginary' rather than 'he doesn't pine'.

Also remember Archer is za bown uv his suwad.

SAO:Alicization is pretty interesting so far. I'm not sure how the progression of the anime series matches the original sources, but season 3 having a total bizarro what-the-hell-is-going-on mystery setting works very well (where a lesser show would've just made the setting yet another different video game like the previous 2/3).

Episode 3 has goblins... because hey, nobody else is doing that this season, right?

Slime episode 4 is more slime.

Bunny Senpai goes into time loops / paradoxes. Weird stuff. Fascinating, though.

I was having a lazy evening last night, so had lots of time for watching. Tried to start up Sirius Jaegar, but couldn't really get into it, probably more me than it. Watched another episode of Cells at Work, that was alright. And then, I guess because of BK I loaded up Fate/Infinity War Fate/Apocrypha again. I had watched the first half-a-dozen episodes or so when it first aired but not really enjoyed it. This time, though, I'm having a blast. I guess I'm just in the right mood now for a silly Fate giant brawl, but also the animation is sometimes great, all the characters I like the least are dying first, and the twists/surprises are more numerous and better than I remember. Astolfo isn't annoying me this time around, either. So that's cool.

Awesome! The Fate train seems to be picking up steam. Thanks BK for the hype.

I actually had no feelings regarding Astolfo. I guess I was meh. I REALLY enjoyed the counts inclusion in the hero list. I feel like Fate Apocrypha really maximized the range on hero summons.
