She turned into a bloody pulp! Was great!

I definetly enjoyed the chimera king character as he grew. He wasn't really one for showing emotions but he did grow over the space of the arc which i enjoyed. I do think the cell comparison was intentional, all shounen take inspiration from dbz. It have been hunter x hunters direct homage to dbz


Just finished HuntxHunter. Now about those assignments that should have been completed...

Im braving a manga again. Where do i go to pick up where the anime ended?

so then the anime ended where I left off with Hunter X hunter manga I think they introduced Neteros son soon after Gon and Gin have a chat ontop of the world tree then I started watching the anime again just so I could catch the Chimera ant Arc. DAMN I actually cant believe they got so far in the anime!

They must be getting some serious funding now.

But AFAWK she doesn't have any power to move things remotely, and from the way the scene of Adlet busting in went it seemed like the barrier activated right around the time he blasted the doors, so if she was going in and out with the key we should've seen her.

Additionally, if the thing she said about the petals on the magic tatoos disappearing when a Brave is killed, it's weird for her to be so insistent to Flamie to kill Adlet on sight - that would dispel everyone's current belief that Adlet is the Seventh. If she were the Seventh, she should be trying to get Adlet caught and disposed of without killing him somehow so that that petal problem doesn't happen... or she should never have revealed it in the first place.

So right now, I don't actually suspect Maura much, unless she and Chamot are the Seventh AND the Eighth. Maura does seem quite capable of manipulating Chamot. And we've now scene that Chamot's monsters can move between the salt pillars, unlike fiends.

Nachetania's crazy spells are still pretty suspect, and Gadlov seems to have plenty of motive to have faked his emblem if he wasn't chosen so he could be with her - wouldn't even mean he is necessarily a bad guy.

Flamie, Hans and Adlet all seem clear after the latest episode.


On the other side, there's still the possibility that the one that is the Seventh doesn't even know it. It could be a scheme by the Demon King to sow discord among the Six without actually having a pawn to put in place there.

In other news, apparently a Japanese Media-watchdog has been getting complaints against Shimoneta for being too lewd because sometimes life is beautifully circular.

Goldov has an alibi however, so unless hes some next level telekenetic it's not feasible. That being said we don't know much about chamots power, could she conjure up a beast within the pyramid? at the same time its unknown if those beast can talk which is a requirement. Either theres a way to circumvent the geas put in place in the pyramid or theres something we haven't been told.

The issue with the demonking, is does he have the power to create another saint? As in he modifies the summoning the ritual?

log horizon s1 is good, s2 is godawful i stopped watching near the end.

The storytelling is messy in both seasons, but season 2 has the super boring middle section about the kids' field trip. If you just want mindless entertainment, though, it's still worth watching season 2 - just skip the middle 10 episodes or so.

The demon king probably can't create a saint or make someone an actual Brave, but he can probably make someone have mystical tatoos appear. Re-watch the end of the first episode where Adlet gets his emblem - IMO, could just as easily be the Goddess or the demon king doing it to him.
