Does anyone know a non harmful site where I can relive my 80's childhood and watch these classic toons? Ive been wanting to watch them again for years and cant find them and I think that my 4 yr old son would love this. Im 30 and I still have all the toys stored up in the attic I could never let these go and if my son likes the old show Im going to crawl up there and find them for him.

Lol, I know what you mean. I still have my TMNT action figures too (along with ghostbuster and star trek figures). I double checked Hulu, which as usual disappoints, but don't forget about Netflix (which does have the entire series on DVD) and if you are willing to go through the rigamarole, you can go for just that first free month, enjoy the 1980s and then cancel the service [do the marathon method]. Anyways, if I ever find a different way, I'll let you know.Posted Image

Honestly if you haven't watched those cartoons in ages I would recommend you don't.

They've been running them in the mornings here in Denmark during the past couple of years and... it's not as good as it seemed when I was a kid. It's plain awful in fact. Of course, to the mind of a child, the enjoyment might be completely different. How ever, I would recommend you show him the newer stuff. The series where they go into space and fight astronaut triceroptops. That shit is fucking awesome. It's also far more likely to pop up on the internet.

Also that Animated movie they released a couple of years ago was surprisingly good.

I will try. Thanks. Is it a safe site? Youve used it alot without viriusa nd popups and what not?

I've used it for years and never had a virus/spyware attack, the only problem I've had with the site is that not all of the series are complete on there!

Damn I went there and it was a no go. bummer.

I ll have to try Netflix when I figure out how to do it. I said my computer skills where shit....lol

Netflix should be easy to use. You seem to do well on this site, and I would say this site is more complex than netflix. You'll be fine.Posted Image

I remember picking up the Transformers series when they came out on dvd years ago, and thinking it wasn't as cool as I remembered :D Luckily the movie (80's cartoon movie) was pimp'n :apt: and still enjoyable. Same for GI Joe the movie. (80's cartoon movie).

Completely off topic.

But i remember in 1990 when the live movie came out, being in the theater with hundreds of other kids, and when the Turtles jumped around the corner in the sewer and were on screen for the first time. That theater fucking erupted!

It was awesome.

I actually was working in a movie theater when the live version came out! Man the theater was PACKED. LOL.
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

Yes, I remember, and it was gloriously awesome!

On a related note, have any of you seen the new show from this year? I saw the first two episodes and quite frankly, I'm dismayed. Is it just me, or has cartoons become, shall we say dumber over the years?
Screw you all, and have a nice day!

Cartoons aren't dumber, you are just older and notice it more.

Loved that old '80's show. Great opening theme/intro sequence. A year or so ago I got a hold of a huge 500 page collection of the original comic for a great price.
