I had a few hours to kill in a little english town yesterday, so I did what is very rare for me and wondered around the shops. In one of the WHSmiths, I found that they've broken down some of the early books in to parts and published them separately.

What? Why? Is this something new? What Why? Huh?

No, it's something old. If I recall correctly they only did it to the first 2 books....but Terez would likely be the one to ask for solid facts. I don't know why they did it.

You know, for kids!
It is perfectly monstrous the way people go about nowadays saying things against one, behind one's back, that are absolutely and entirely true.

I know back in the late 90s/early 2000s that the there were some releases of The Eye of the World and The Great Hunt split in two. It was an attempt to get more people hooked on the series by offering the books at a lower price point.

Kinda like a drug dealer approach.

Imagine what would happen if they tried that with Dresden?

There's an extra prologue called 'Ravens' for one of the halves of TEOTW. Egwene is nine years old and plotting how to catch Rand already. (I only read it for the first time a few months ago because someone found it online; that shows you how much even freaks like me cared about it.)

The President (2012) said:

Please proceed, Governor.

Chris Christie (2016) said:

There it is.

Elizabeth Warren (2020) said:

And no, I’m not talking about Donald Trump. I’m talking about Mayor Bloomberg.
